Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. Even I have to drive miles to get here, whenever I can afford my time, I rather come here for their service. That may be the reason, they are so busy. Good job! Thanks for their service.

I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

This is my go-to local post office, and for everyday mailing needs, it really checks all the boxes…read more Parking is easy, the location is convenient, and the facility feels clean, well-lit, and safe--which matters when you're running errands on a tight schedule. One of the biggest highlights for me is the self-service postal kiosk (that do-it-yourself machine that weighs your package, calculates the postage, and prints the label right there). It's incredibly easy to use and, best of all, it lets you skip standing in line like cattle. That alone makes this location worth visiting. They also have drive-through mailboxes, which is another huge convenience. You can drop off letters without even getting out of your car--perfect for quick stops when you're on the go. On the occasions when I've needed full-service help--like sending certified mail--the wait hasn't been bad, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. That makes a difference. My one wish: It would be great if they added another self-service option to purchase Forever stamps without having to stand in line. That would make this place just about perfect. Bottom line: Convenient, efficient, and staffed by friendly people. If you're looking for a reliable neighborhood post office with easy parking and modern self-service options, this is a solid choice.

I run a small business and ship all my items with stamps to save shipping costs. Both times all I needed were stamps and both times the employees were so snarky to me for no reason. I asked if they could weigh the envelope and let me know if it was too heavy for one stamp to which the lady behind the counter thought it was a good idea to just bend the envelope completely?? She snarled something about it needing a special stamp. A few people have told me before that because the envelopes aren't completely flat, they would recommend a special stamp, but I haven't run into any issues shipping the way I do. I repeated my original question about the weight and she just handed the envelope back to me without weighing it. So yeah i'm not coming back here again! This location is not a stand-alone post office building, but one that is at the end of a business strip. There is plenty of parking and is very easy to get in and out. I stopped by the United States Post Office on a weekend because I needed to ship a package…read more According to the USPS website, this location listed self-service kiosks available in the lobby, which in many cities (including where I lived in the Bay Area) are often accessible even when the main counter is closed. Unfortunately, when I arrived the lobby was locked and I wasn't able to access the kiosk at all. That was pretty disappointing since I specifically came here expecting the self-service option to be available. One challenge with USPS locations is that calling ahead isn't very helpful--the phone system usually routes you to a general 800 number rather than the local branch. The shopping center itself is convenient with plenty of parking, so getting there isn't difficult. Insider tip: If you're planning to ship something here on the weekend, double-check access hours for the lobby or have a backup shipping plan just in case the self-service kiosks aren't available. As someone still navigating Charlotte after moving from the Bay Area, I'm learning that availability can vary by location, so planning ahead helps.
