Then, just to keep things exciting, there's ANOTHER charge for $56 floating around. I don't know if she was trying to pull a fast one on me but I wasn't impressed. When I pointed it out, I didn't get urgency, accountability, or even basic competence -- just a casual "it might go back into your account... if not, you can come talk to a manager." I live an hour and a half away! Oh, perfect. Let me just take a casual 3-hour round trip to fix your mistake. For context: I'm a server too. I get it. Mistakes happen. But this wasn't a mistake, this was a full blown circus. This young lady should NOT be a waitress!! I was still kind and smiling and still tipped but I will NEVER go back. Slow service, questionable billing, and zero sense of responsibility. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I am still waiting on my money.
