I had never filed a claim with my insurer and I was not sure what the process was or how I would get my roof fixed. Your company came recommended from a co-worker and I'm really glad I called you guys. From the moment I called the customer service was 5-Star all the way. Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything. It helped confirm that I had chosen a great company. He was knowledgeable, likeable, and helpful. He advised us of the storm damage to our roof and helped us begin the claims process. In the meantime, Clay started Rogue Carolina Roofing while continuing to work for a different company. This proved to spread him thin with time and affected communication. The biggest area of opportunity is the communication with both the client and tradespeople. Production manager, Joe Yakaski, dropped the ball and was unresponsive. Our roof was scheduled to be replaced on a Wednesday, but Joe never provided the roofers our address. We work from home and planned our day around this, so it was frustrating. Joe did not call me back to let me know when the job would begin until I reached out to him at 8pm that evening. The job was finished in (2) half days, thus creating inconveniences with work calls and meetings. The best part of my experience was with the roofers that were subcontracted by Rogue Carolina Roofing. Gustavo from G and J Roofing was communicative and a pleasure to work with!

We repainted my front door, side lights and Shutters, restoration of a very large deck which included sanding, pressure washing, repairing broken slats and then staining and also pressure washed the chimney.

We got four quotes for an interior painting project and decided to go with Zelaya Jr because their…read morerate was competitive and they could start on the project the next day. They also responded to my Yelp project request very quickly. They completed the work on time (even a day early), the team was courteous and professional, and the quality of their work is great. They listened to direction well, and corrected any issues that arose (they put back a light fixture in the wrong place and moved it after we pointed it out). I feel they knew what they were doing and the best products to use. They covered our flooring and elements that were not getting painted to prevent damage and I can't find any paint spills or smudges anywhere. Our project also involved a lot of wallpaper removal. I was nervous about this because if the wallpaper is not removed correctly the wall can be damaged or leftover wallpaper glue can cause the new paint not to adhere correctly. But it seems they did a great job with that part too. They communicated well with us via text. We weren't able to check on the project in person every day so they sent photos and details on progress. I plan to use them again for additional painting projects.
