It was an absolute pleasure working with Cody to get gutter guards installed for our gutter system. I had initially reached out for a quote through a yelp project request and he was prompt to respond. Not only that, but he provided a high level of detail in his responses, which was much appreciated given that it's a new experience for us. He displayed the same level of professionalism when he came out to our house for the in-person consultation. We did not feel pressured at any point during the process. On the day of the installation, Cody came out with his partner Terry. They were both on time and got right to it after explaining the steps they'll be taking to do the job. Interestingly, they were so quiet walking on the roof that I did not even realize they were up there until after they had already started cleaning out the gutters. It took about 2 hours for the cleaning and another 4 hours for the installation. I actually walked on the roof with Cody afterwards and it was clear that they took pride in their work. I really appreciated their diligence and attention to detail. They even cut the guards to accommodate the brackets that I had installed for my security cameras! I would highly recommend Cody and his team at Gleaming Gutters if you're looking for good quality work, great customer service, and excellent pricing. read more

After my initial review the owner reached out to me personally and apologized about what had happened and offered to come back and re-do the job for a significant price reduction. When they came back they did a great job - they cleaned out all my gutters, showed me before and after pictures, and apologized once again for what happened during my first visit. Honestly, I was very impressed by how they took ownership of their mistake and did their very best to make the situation right again. I think it's clear that they care about their reputation and also the happiness of their customers - I will definitely plan to use them again in the future. read more

I needed a last minute window pressure washing for a house going on the market and gleaming gutters was a pleasure to work with. Their software is the best I've ever experienced with a contractor, the quote, scheduling, and payment were a breeze. It rained on our scheduled day and they moved around their schedule to get it done the next day for us. The office staff and service people were all great communicators, and their quote was lower than others. Definitely recommend! read more

Robert and Christian did a good job of washing our house, exterior windows and hanging Christmas lights. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. I was slightly (very slightly) disappointed about 3 items: 1) They used a water wand in our screened patio area - this is like an extension of our living area. It was a small amount of water to wipe up. 2) I requested additional Christmas lights after the installer implied it could be done...the owner said it could not be done. 3) My gutters aren't 100% white. I was told they don't use gutter cleaner anymore as it could damage the surface, it would have been nice if they used a rag or brush. These are minor items but worthy of mention. I will use them again. read more

GG repaired and cleaned our gutters. Taylor and his team were on time, courteous , and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done correctly! Highly recommend!! read more

I reached out on yelp to a few gutter contractors when I discovered my gutter on the third story was partially detached from the house. A few weeks later I had a heavy rain and noticed the gutter spilling over. I called the office and they were responsive sending a team out to review the original repair work. It turned out to be an alignment issue that they said they should have caught the first time around. They fixed it quickly and professionally. They did not charge for the second visit. These guys are high character, professional and took time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend them. We have already had a heavy rain and the gutter held up well! read more

Cody and the Gleaming Gutter guys did my gutters a few weeks ago. Water actually goes as it should for the first time in years. It appears that others couldn't be bothered to clean the downspouts, despite my specifically asking for it to be done. I'm delighted with their service and enjoyed dealing with them. Well done! read more

I requested quotes from several companies for gutter cleaning, this company came in very competitive with their pricing. I chose them and also had them do a pressure wash of the house. The rates were great, the communication was prompt and kind, the service provided was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company, you can't go wrong with them. You can tell they take pride in their work! read more

Very professional company and super responsive! They did a great job at cleaning out the gutters and the price was right!

I contacted Gleaming Gutters to evaluate the pitch of one of my gutters, provide a quote, and potentially schedule a repair. Cody was very responsive, came to my home, evaluated the gutters, and to my pleasant surprise...he honestly stated that whereas I "could" have a repair done, it was not necessary. His honesty, and value for what was proposed are SO appreciated, I am confident I will use this company for future opportunities. Thank you Cody! Your family would be proud to know they have raised an honest businessperson. read more

We just used Gleaming Gutters to hang holiday lights in our neighborhood on our entire condo building and it blew all of our minds. We had no idea just how wonderful it would turn out. Our building looks like a luxurious hotel now all lit up with Cody's design. Cody and Taylor were unbelievably responsive and amazing through the entire process. Cody even sketched out an image of what it could look like. The service was incredible as well considering their team of technicians needed to jump through hoops given weather and the Thanksgiving holiday. We will definitely use Gleaming Gutters again for holiday lighting in the least and recommend for anyone! read more

Excellent service, excellent price, excellent response. They were polite, easy to work with, gave me a fair price, able to work with my schedule, showed up on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning all of my gutters on my 3 storied home. These gutters had not been cleaned in quite some time, but that did not impact my quote and they even made minor repairs where necessary! I will absolutely be using them in the future. read more

Such a great experience from beginning to end! I called Cody for gutter cleaning after reading hundreds of amazing reviews on NextDoor/ThumbTack. He answered immediately and was very responsive via phone and text. He was able to get me on the schedule a week later and texted when he was on his way. He was very efficient and reasonably priced, and I feel like he did a better job than the company we'd hired the previous few years. We're considering installing a gutter guard system, and he gave me a quote that sounded reasonable after he cleaned the gutters. He even pointed out a potentially troublesome spot on our roof that he noticed just to be helpful - really great customer service. read more
