There is Nothing good to say. They installed gutters that were the wrong size and water poured over the top of them. He crushed one area of the gutter to make it fit because he installed the wrong size. Jon refused to talk to me and blocked me after I texted him to save him from driving an hour to fix a problem on a Sunday! He said it was the only day he had available. We had to get another gutter service to correct his gutter issues because he couldn't make them hold water! Needed a new gutter & my roof repair after a tree fell on it during a rain storm. I went with Jon's seamless gutter. The gutter was installed as well as a new roof. Then it rained and my new roof freaking leaked so bad I had to use a pot due to rain water was pouring through the ceiling air vent and other water damage around the left side & front of the Fire place. I put this on Facebook, Nextdoor & filed a complaint to Yelp & the BBB because this company refuses to compensate me for the damage they caused to my ceiling & are ghosting me. I had a small portion of rain gutter that was separating from the house and needed the gutters to be cleaned. Called Jon's. They were very professional and scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate. They replaced the fascia board and cleaned out all the gutters for $500. Overall, it was a good experience. The only negative is that I mailed in a check, but it got lost in the mail. I didn't want to chance it again, so I paid via card and was charged a convenience fee. read more

I recently purchased a home that was badly in need of some gutters along with some siding and soffits. I had multiple companies come out for their evaluations and estimates. Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. If I could do separate sets of stars I would. 5 for quality of gutters and how nice they look. All started well. None for customer service . At least now. Immediate leak at corner. Reported and sealed twice. Not working and leaks through seams and shield. Badly. Project done late Spring. We went with guards because it sounded good at estimate. Don't want to be on ladders being seniors. It's been over 6 weeks and many calls to this company and emails to help resolve. NOTHING back. Was told would come back if needed. At first hail damage and granules suspected. Adjuster said no hail damage. This leak was immediate....and the old gutters didn't do it. There has to be a solution???? We appreciated the extra caulking on house trim and tweaking of front gutters...but that was set in estimate and tweaking should be expected. Sealed dish on roof ..Thanks. Bottom line...need a solution and can't get a response. read more

Fast response from these folks. 25-yr old home that has some difficult gutters to access for cleaning; been doing it myself for years but more difficult now. Had some wood rot (fascia boards) that needed replacement also. Estimate drawn up within 20 minutes and crew came the next day. Professional and easy to work with. Saved me much time and effort--even had them install new gutter guards that I didn't get from them (had planned to do them myself), which can be tricky since they warrant their work. I received a response immediately from my internet request and they came out to write an estimate, the next day.. on a Sunday! Work was completed in a month and exceeded my expectations. They do stuck a great job they were pretty busy which took a month to complete. They also took care of the missing elbows on my other downspouts. Jonathon was very quick to reply. Initially hired him for gutter cleaning and he was lower than everyone else. Based on his work and professional manner we hired him for some additional work. We really liked his professional opinion on how to fix some of our gutter issues.
