I recently purchased a home that was badly in need of some gutters along with some siding and soffits. I had multiple companies come out for their evaluations and estimates. Most of the companies were nice to deal with while one was an absolute horror. The one thing that these other companies did not address that Joe with Jon's Seamless Gutters did was address the issue of how to direct the water after it came out of the downspout. This item was very important to me as the home was having a water intrusion problem and Joe, without any prompting from me went over this in his evaluation. The estimate that I received from Joe wasn't the highest nor was it the lowest but due to Joe's attention to detail it is what made me decide to go with Jon's Seamless Gutters. I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did and will recommend Jon's Seamless Gutters to anyone that asks me. read more

I chose this company out of a few in the area based on quality and price. I have a high-end home that is new construction and I am in the woods, so Gutters really mattered for me. They were good throughout the set up and installation which was about 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I've been trying to get them to come out and do some simple cleaning around the edges and to ensure that everything is working properly and they have basically "ghosted me". Emails and texts. Perhaps this review is just an expression of my frustration. Anyhow, I now am back on yelp trying to find someone else to come and help me with these gutters. read more

There is Nothing good to say. They installed gutters that were the wrong size and water poured over the top of them. He crushed one area of the gutter to make it fit because he installed the wrong size. Jon refused to talk to me and blocked me after I texted him to save him from driving an hour to fix a problem on a Sunday! He said it was the only day he had available. We had to get another gutter service to correct his gutter issues because he couldn't make them hold water! He was contracted thru Modern Roofing but that should tell you something,,, RUN FROM THEM BOTH!! read more

Needed a new gutter & my roof repair after a tree fell on it during a rain storm. I went with Jon's seamless gutter. The gutter was installed as well as a new roof. Then it rained and my new roof freaking leaked so bad I had to use a pot due to rain water was pouring through the ceiling air vent and other water damage around the left side & front of the Fire place. I put this on Facebook, Nextdoor & filed a complaint to Yelp & the BBB because this company refuses to compensate me for the damage they caused to my ceiling & are ghosting me. Jon's seamless gutters is one Bad Joke!!! read more

I used them last year to replace the gutters at my house. It's been almost a year and so far, I've had no issues with the product. The new gutters solved the issues I was having with spill over, etc. even after having gutters cleaned. read more

I had a small portion of rain gutter that was separating from the house and needed the gutters to be cleaned. Called Jon's. They were very professional and scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate. They replaced the fascia board and cleaned out all the gutters for $500. Overall, it was a good experience. The only negative is that I mailed in a check, but it got lost in the mail. I didn't want to chance it again, so I paid via card and was charged a convenience fee. read more

Excellent work. Did exactly what I wanted and on time. All of our gutter issues are solved. Even got a veteran discount

Was completely pleased with the service we got for our job. In addition to gutter replacement, there were a few other issues we needed addressed. Jon made two trips to our house to make sure we had the right plan to deal with everything. Then the crew did a great job - no complaints! read more

We needed to add gutters to a newly built gazebo off the patio. This company is top notch from the person who answered the main line to Joe who came out to give us a quote and set up our appointment time. So communicative and there when they said they would be... Great job!! We will share their info with our friends for sure and use them in the future!! read more

Awesome company all the way around. Joe was fantastic with my estimate. He was very fast and to the point with what my home needed. He gave me options for gutter guards that were effective and affordable with his professional recommendation as well. Rick stopped by during installation to check on the crew and was very nice as well. Highly recommend these guys as they are extremely well priced and did a great job!!! read more

If I could do separate sets of stars I would. 5 for quality of gutters and how nice they look. All started well. None for customer service . At least now. Immediate leak at corner. Reported and sealed twice. Not working and leaks through seams and shield. Badly. Project done late Spring. We went with guards because it sounded good at estimate. Don't want to be on ladders being seniors. It's been over 6 weeks and many calls to this company and emails to help resolve. NOTHING back. Was told would come back if needed. At first hail damage and granules suspected. Adjuster said no hail damage. This leak was immediate....and the old gutters didn't do it. There has to be a solution???? We appreciated the extra caulking on house trim and tweaking of front gutters...but that was set in estimate and tweaking should be expected. Sealed dish on roof ..Thanks. Bottom line...need a solution and can't get a response. read more

I received a response immediately from my internet request and they came out to write an estimate, the next day.. on a Sunday! Work was completed in a month and exceeded my expectations. They do stuck a great job they were pretty busy which took a month to complete. They also took care of the missing elbows on my other downspouts. Going above and beyond the written estimate. read more

Jonathon was very quick to reply. Initially hired him for gutter cleaning and he was lower than everyone else. Based on his work and professional manner we hired him for some additional work. We really liked his professional opinion on how to fix some of our gutter issues. His price on the additional work was extremely competitive with other firms and he will be our new gutter guy for all our work. read more
