I run a small business and ship all my items with stamps to save shipping costs. Both times all I needed were stamps and both times the employees were so snarky to me for no reason. I asked if they could weigh the envelope and let me know if it was too heavy for one stamp to which the lady behind the counter thought it was a good idea to just bend the envelope completely?? She snarled something about it needing a special stamp. A few people have told me before that because the envelopes aren't completely flat, they would recommend a special stamp, but I haven't run into any issues shipping the way I do. I repeated my original question about the weight and she just handed the envelope back to me without weighing it. So yeah i'm not coming back here again! The shopping center itself is convenient with plenty of parking, so getting there isn't difficult. Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

This location is not a stand-alone post office building, but one that is at the end of a business strip. There is plenty of parking and is very easy to get in and out. The majority of the location is PO Boxes, but very rarely have I seen the line extend out past the glass doors of the area that they lock up at night. There is no package drop off for late night (past 5pm) that I've seen, but if you have a prepaid label and package, it's very simple to "skip" the line and place the package on the far right counter (if you are facing the Postal workers).
