My husband happened to be outside and saw it all. We always liked him but this wasn't right. We had his cell number so we called him and he admitted he hit our car. He did come by and paid for the ramp he messed up (we never filed a complaint against him since he fixed what he hit) he then proceeded to tell us we had to move our mailbox or we wouldnt get anymore mail.. This mailbox has been in the same spot for over 30 years... he has been walking to and driving to for many years. Why now do we have to move it..... we wnt to see Megan...she never once apologize to us for this whole situation even being started. She has been just plain ugly to us saying our driveway wasn't safe for her driver. But the only thing unsafe is his backing up skills. If you have issues...skip going to her. Otherwise, you will need to use the visitor parking behind the building for $6 an hour. It was on the fourth floor of the parking building as I got lost when I went back to find my car. I just can't thank Felicia Breeze enough for her help that I was applying to get my passport fixed. You just need some patience as she has to handle all walked-in customers. There was also a male staff who speaks Vietnamese as well. They are super friendly and helpful. Another thank to them.

If it was possible to give this place zero stars, I would. And it seems my review may not be…read morenecessary with the slew of other terrible reviews. However, the employee who prompted this review, clearly wanted it. As this post office is usually packed, I prefer to use the self service machine. I have prepaid QR codes that I simply scan and I'm on my way. However, sometimes I need to buy packaging, which is a feature on the machine. The other day, I grabbed a bubble mailer and went to pay for it at the machine, like I have many times before. As I am approaching the door, one of the associates yells in front of everyone " you can't leave with that", insinuating that I was trying to take it without paying. I then informed him I was taking it to the machine so I could pay for it when I scanned my QR code. He continued to tell me I could not leave the store with it, although the machine is inside the store. As he proceeded to argue with me in front of everyone, I had no choice but to get in the long line to pay for my packaging. Once I reach the desk and he processed my transaction, a survey came up on the machine- he asked me "if I was going to click the red button since I was mad". So on top of accusing me of stealing, he been unprofessionally berated me about being unhappy of the situation and prompting me for a bad review. Anyway, per his request here is his review! I make it a point to buy my packaging elsewhere and never go into that store again.
