Disgusting service!

Need to deliver mail. I get informed delivery notices of mail being delivered but I never receive any of the mail. I tried to contact the mail department but no one ever answers the phone!

and just like that you're done --

Been in here a few times and generally speaking it's a good location. The help here is actually helpful (and courteous!) especially with questions regarding postal stuff like stamps and streets and addresses. The counter people do a really good job of getting folks in and out quickly. Those couple questions they ask as you're fixing to leave aren't just to separate you from your money, they are memory prods because minds wander while standing on queue. Please try to have your packages in order and save the unhappy rants for social media. Practice small talk and other social skills if there's a line. It's the post office, try to make it funner for everyone.

Avoid Saturday Mornings unless it very early. No one likes working of Saturday and this is one of them. Never have enough staff there to meet the demand and in most cases, one of the two persons there are elsewhere and that only adds to the backup at the counter. Staff is friendly and helpful and for that I can not complain but only say thank you. During the week when the hours are longer, it generally not a problem except just before closing.

UPS STORE #2690 NEXT TO BAGEL BIN in Huntersville, NC Questionable business practices…read more Absolutely! I don't typically post a review, but when I feel a business is unethical it is important to me that the community. I hope what happened to me does not happen to anyone else. A friend of mine took a package into UPS store #2690 on Feb 5, 2026 for a guaranteed over night delivery to me in Austin, TX on Feb 6, 2026. The store charged $214.00. On Feb 6th I tracked the package. It was delayed due to weather. But how can that be? There were no weather issues in Charlotte or Austin, and if there was why did they accept the package for overnight delivery? Yes, there were weather issues the previous week, but that was the previous week. When I contacted the UPS store owner/manager, Issa, I was told they could not be accountable for weather. The package would not be delivered until three days later. To make matters worse because I was no longer in the Austin area to receive the package he wanted to charge me $100.00 to reroute it. Completely unethical in my opinion. After going around and around with Issa hoping to get a full refund, he offered me a $75.00 store credit. Sorry, that doesn't cut it. Rather than accept an offer like that and keep quiet I would rather not, and post this in hopes that it will help someone avoid this situation in the future and go elsewhere to ship overnight packages.

I didn't know those things still existed. Anyways, I felt a little awkward walking in preparing to make this odd inquiry, but felt some comfort when I realized I was in a rather cozy small business environment. In my experience, folks in those places are usually friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. I was actually starting to think I'd found a replacement for the UPS store around the corner that felt more like a post office. It would also save me the drive to the print shop I go to regularly in south end. Wow, maybe this all happened for a reason I thought...what a great find! Boy was I wrong. Before I even finished explaining my situation the man behind the counter threw his arms up, turned his back to me and walked towards the back of the store (I guess that's where they keep the packages). He then proceeded to yell to me (from the back of the store) that he didn't have any packages for me in a tone that conveyed to me in a rather unmistakable way that he did not approve of the reason for my presence in his store, and that I was an unwanted distraction. So much for that small business warm and fuzzy. I can only speculate as to why my request was viewed as such a nuisance, but it's worth noting that they provide a good deal of printing and mailbox services, all of which fetch a decent price compared to my "free" request. I've had plenty of good reasons to pay for their services since, but I will never set foot inside that storefront again. I never did track that package down either.

WORST EXPERIENCE at this location. Warning-DO NOT GO unless you want to have your time wasted and…read moretreated like crap. The owner is extremely Rude and it seems she DOES NOT CARE about her customers. So bad I've filed a complaint with FedEx. She claimed that a QR code can't be printed there- dispite that being a listed service on HER linked page for Fedex. She knew the 1st time I came in that I had a QR code. She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. I have never met this woman or been into this location and will never go back! What a terrible experience with a person who seemed to enjoy being terrible. Sad. She doesn't deserve to be a FedEx authorized location.
