Otherwise, you will need to use the visitor parking behind the building for $6 an hour. It was on the fourth floor of the parking building as I got lost when I went back to find my car. I just can't thank Felicia Breeze enough for her help that I was applying to get my passport fixed. You just need some patience as she has to handle all walked-in customers. There was also a male staff who speaks Vietnamese as well. They are super friendly and helpful. Another thank to them.

Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

When we arrived, there was a line of 5 groups ahead of us and after a few minutes, around 6 more joined it. We could gear his interactions with everyone ahead of us (plus another two as we stepped aside to complete some documents supplied) and he was unfailingly pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. It took only minutes to tackle even the more complicated needs, like ours related to a family death. He was so courteous, it was an actual pleasure to run this sad errand. There was another clerk managing the separate pick-up window. Though only serving one person in that time, she also appeared to be handling the work well. So, bravo to the staff!

You can also use their self-service kiosk if you don't want to wait in the line. The staff was even friendly at this location. That's outside the norm for any post office I've ever been to. You can ship your packages, letters, purchase packing supplies and even special occasion cards all in one location.
