I ordered an item from Amazon and it was sent via USPS. That was on August 30, 2024. I received a note in my box (Condominium) that it was undeliverable because my entrance was inaccessible & it would be attempted the next day. Well, now it is September 6, 3024 & no attempted delivery! I know this because of the tracking number. I have two entrances and a walkway to each and live on the bottom floor. If I could give no stars, I would. The front office is supposed to open at 830am but nobody opened until 845am. You could hear the team members in the back discussing everything except work. When the lady finally came to open the s doors, she was extremely indifferent and slightly rude about not opening in time. This was a terrible experience. Good look getting them to answer the phone. When the phone was answered after I called at least ten times every day for a week straight I got a rude individual (expected at this location as I used to work here and EVERYONE in management is unpleasant ..this individual was the manager who I won't name because if I do my review will be rejected) who told me he chooses not to assist me at this moment. Wow ! Can't wait until I move so I can deal with another postal location. This is the most disappointing, unprofessional pistal location I've ever experienced. By far the worse post office I've ever visited. Unfortunately it's my post office even though I live closer to two other offices. Why???!!!!!! Their customer service is abysmal at best but tends towards outrageous. The line is always long with one person working and a bunch of other postal workers walking around. There are always customers there complaining of misplaced mail and packages or complaining of errors that's they have to atone for. They misplaced a package of mine for 3 weeks which they later found in the post office. My client was very understanding but it's definitely no way to do business. My substitute mail carrier consistently neglects to scan my parcels left for home pick up in a timely manner causing delays when I send packages to clients. Hence my client isn't able to track the package until it's scanned at its next destination. Today I went in for stamps (out of desperation) and as usual there was one person working. I saw at least three people walking back and forth behind her who looked at the line and never offered to help. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes, I was informed that they were...wait for it....OUT OF STAMPS!!! What in the Sam Hill?! A post office?! Out of stamps?! Could they be any more ridiculous?! I thought I was being punk'd. Then one of the workers who kept walking by says, "No, I just got some" but proceeded to finish whatever task he was doing before helping me. Then asked was I next and what I needed?! Seriously, Sir?! Can you please act like you give a flying flip, especially as a customer service representative?! All in all an awful experience. I am not a person who normally EVER writes negative reviews about any business, establishment, restaurant, or places of service such as a post office. However, I have never had a worse mailing experience in my entire life than what this post offered had to offer. A relative tried to ship a large package (a coat) to my home address, about 2 miles away from the post office. They claimed it was an "insufficient address," even though he gave the correct one to his post office in GA, and so it was taken to this post office instead of left at my home. Secondly, the tracking information was not updated for almost 20 days. This is because my package was apparently stored in a back room of this awful post office, and when I called NUMEROUS times to check and see if they had found it yet, the same one told me several times that she had my name and number and she would call me as soon as they had time to look for it. That was last week. Didn't hear from her for days, so I actually went there in person to get it. She told me they hadn't had a chance to sort through the packages in this mystery room. I asked if there was any way that someone would have time to check on it that day, and she said no, and that she would call me when they found it. Me being the trusting and good natured person that I am, I believed her by her word that she would find it and not return it to the sender, which was my main concern. I did NOT want it being sent all the way back to Georgia just because they couldn't or wouldn't sort it and call me in time. SO, what happens? You guessed it, she never calls me. I wait and wait, and I call back 6 days later only to find out that she never sorted or found it like she assured me she would. Rather, it was stamped and sent back to the sender 2 days after I spoke with her in person. I am FUMING. I have never ever received such awful customer service. I will literally never use USPS again as long as I live in this area because I simply do not trust this office with my mail by any means. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, and I have never written anywhere else below three stars in my life. read more

Lost packages a regular thing as well as constantly mixing up my mail with others in neighborhood. A complete and total disregard for the public's mail is a STANDARD for employees here. I have no idea what has happened to the USPS but Lord help us if this disease infects other businesses. This is the worst Post Office I have ever been too. The company I work for has a PO Box there, and they take FOREVER to put the mail in the boxes. I am able to hear and see through the box and can watch them on their cell phones and joking around with each other doing nothing. Used to be able to pick up the mail at 9am, now I can get there at 11 am and they STILL will not have put the mail in the PO Boxes yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
