Been over 2 weeks and we still have not received any mail. We have credit cards, drivers license, packages, etc that were supposed to be delivered couple weeks ago. I have filed several complaints. Did receive a phone call from some kid that claimed due to ice and snow storm they are behind. And they are short of staff. They claimed they would be delivering Saturday and Sunday. Here on Saturday still no mail. I have never experienced this in any areas I have lived. Nor has anyone else I have spoken to. We just recently moved to Salisbury and after reading all the complaints about this post office, i am starting to think we will continue to have issues with our mail. Going to have to file a fraud complaint with police assuming mail is stolen if we dint receive our mail soon. This is looking a lot suspicious considering no mail in over 2 weeks. read more

Last week it said informed delivery for two or three pieces of mail I still ain't seen it. Saturday it said informed mail was coming still haven't received it. didn't even say it was delivered so don't know where it's at. I should have Yelped to check the reviews before going to this post office in Salisbury, NC. I stood in line for 30 minutes, just to drop off a pre-paid package. I watched others just place their pre-paid packages on the far counter but I needed a receipt to prove I shipped it back to the return address. Only 1 postal worker was at the counter with the line snaking to the end of the doors right before closing time. The good news...the employee was very pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile and asked everyone how they were doing, regardless of the line. I wanted to avoid the Concord post office due to the location and not the service. If I had to stop there again, I would go when they open next time. read more

Constantly getting skipped on our road.....Yost Rd in Salisbury....why can't we get our mail delivered like we are supposed to?

I have lived in the Westcliff area for over 17 years. I can't tell you how many times I have delivered mail to my neighbors due to my mail person not able to read numbers. Recently I have not received products that I have ordered on line. So now I have to look like I'm lying and fight for my purchase with the company. read more

I've only been here once, but I've been in lots of post offices before. And this place is friendly and quite pleasant. Though it's a bit understaffed, the line does move fairly quickly. Also, it's a full-service post office. With an appointment you can get passports here... Passport photos. P.O. Boxes, and the self servicing kiosk. If you do need a clerk you will also get friendly service without feeling rushed. Note: The parking lot is fairly congested. And if you're not careful in the parking lot I could see where that could cause issues. Parking is plentiful though. I have to visit more than once to see if it's always this way, but all in all thumbs up. read more

We have been complaining about our Mail Lady in the Wycliff area for months. She will not deliver packages to our door if my dogs are/are not in the backyard. And nothing has been done about it. Supposedly, she tried to deliver a package on Friday, but we were home and nothing. Not even a pink slip. Quit being lazy and using my dogs as an excuse not to do your job. read more

Moved 2 years ago from west side to east side. So Salisbury Main is the closest now. I rarely have to go in. However 70% of this staff is rude. Not to mention always long lines. The taller, red headed, glasses wearing staff member has to be the rudest of all staff. I honestly don't know how she continues to be employed. I had a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday last week. Apparently USPS tried to deliver and claimed my mail box was full, even though we have a parcel box available for packages. Regardless, they left a slip to schedule a re-delivery attempt. I followed the steps and re-scheduled delivery for Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no delivery or attempt. Today is Weds. and I've called this location 6 times with no answer. I called the USPS 800 number and after 45 minutes spoke with a very nice woman in customer service. She informed me that they don't even do re-deliveries! read more

The worst USPS I have ever run across. My packages are either delivered to the neighbors garage door or not at all. Especially my Amazon packages. December was the start of the package chaos. Weekend deliveries are especially the worst. A christmas package was said to be delivered, its March and still no package. Our carrier can not or will not put packages in a secured place out if bad weather. This is if she will even deliver the package. We pay for 2 day service or extra for to the door delivery and end up having to go in to get them. She also puts in delivery info in tracking either no one is home or note left. This is incorrect info. I am home all day and never find a note! read more

More UPS/ USPS Surepost delivery issues. Now they deliver packages that never show up before 7:30am. Before the location is open and any mail carriers are out for delivery. Ridiculous as that sounds it is what I am dealing with. Package marked delivered and never was. Delivered at 7:26am when I was home and working in my yard. In an invisible vehicle possibly? The mail was delivered to the mailbox around 1pm. Saw it with my own eyes. Needless to say there was no package. read more

The service at the main branch in Salisbury, N.C. is the worst service that I have ever had anywhere. If it is their fault, they lie and blame it on the carrier. The management really sucks and they do not try to resolve problems. The supervisor, Sherman, does not try to help and tells you that it is your fault if you don't get your mail. I have not received mail but twice in 90 days and he will not try to investigate why. I would advise anyone in Salisbury, NC to pay their bills online and send e-cards for Christmas. read more
