Been over 2 weeks and we still have not received any mail. We have credit cards, drivers license,…read morepackages, etc that were supposed to be delivered couple weeks ago. I have filed several complaints. Did receive a phone call from some kid that claimed due to ice and snow storm they are behind. And they are short of staff. They claimed they would be delivering Saturday and Sunday. Here on Saturday still no mail. I have never experienced this in any areas I have lived. Nor has anyone else I have spoken to. We just recently moved to Salisbury and after reading all the complaints about this post office, i am starting to think we will continue to have issues with our mail. Going to have to file a fraud complaint with police assuming mail is stolen if we dint receive our mail soon. This is looking a lot suspicious considering no mail in over 2 weeks.

We were already in Greensboro for the weekend so driving to downtown High Point wasn't too far out of the way. We just needed an appointment ASAP for an upcoming trip out of the country! The confirmation email I received after scheduling our appointment online asked for us to arrive 10 minutes early, and I can see why because at 2:30 PM they were really busy! This post office has a sign up on the wall asking for a limit of 4 people to be inside at a time, which people were clearly not following, but there was no one in the separate room for the passports, so it was fine for us... At least everyone was wearing a mask! The woman helping us get our applications in order was very friendly, helpful, and made great small talk while we were there. My appointment for 2 adults was scheduled from 2:30 - 3:00 but we got everything taken care of, including photo (and a retake or two), and were out of there within 15 minutes! I was pretty impressed. On our way out, we did encounter someone asking us for a dollar, which is always a little uncomfortable, but other than that, the passport service here was 5 stars from me.

I could have driven to the next town for this line, AND they don't even have the automated machine. Then the parking outside is reserved for only 15 minutes. If my car is gone (I've been here for 10 minutes and only one person has been served) I'm going to call and report the office and the associate to whomever I can. Again I say, this is absolutely ridiculous. BEING A SMALL TOWN POST OFFICE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SLOTH-SLOW SERVICE!!!!

Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

The Deets: When I visit my parents, we go to do many of our errands over in Lewisville (or if a larger trip is in order, Winston-Salem of course). Lately we've needed to stop by the Post Office in Lewisville and it's a pretty nice one. It is definitely an upgrade from the one that was in Lewisville when I was younger. There is plenty of parking at this one and it is not ever near full on my visits, plus there is a convenient drive-up mail drop off in the parking lot as well. Inside the nice brick building, there is a modern, clean, well kept service area with two staff service desks, drop off area, and plenty of PO boxes in the lobby. On my last visit, I went inside and both desks were staffed which made the three person line move very quickly while there. In a time when many reflect disappointment when making a USPS visit, I am here to say this one does the job from what I've seen.
