Nope ... went in to question the delay and they said they were behind and they had to allow their staff to eat lunch ... ok that's fine but why have people wait outside for more than three hours in the sun with no seats, cover or even access to water because THEY are behind and let's not mention that there were twenty seven EMPTY SEATS... yes, I counted... 27 empty seats that those waiting had to wait in the heat of the sun!!! RIDICULOUS, who ever is manager of this particular office needs to be fired if they can't manage a state funded office any better than this!!!

I decided to give another star after making the cranky employee smile when she didn't like my photo she took. Overall, California State is not bad, waiting in line for 2 hours is a simple task vs the 4.5 hours in North Carolina.

Aware of weather conditions still having some businesses closed but waiting till just 1hr before to cancel something that takes forever to get. In driving to the Concord office found this location open & willing to help. In walking in the receptionist was very polite in getting us signed in, had no wait time when we walked in. After being called back was greeted by receptionist Amelia, what an amazing employee. She was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable in getting everything resolved, took the time to explain everything, just didn't rush through with us. Sure, this location has more great staffing there but truly hats off to Amelia for her outstanding customer service skills they were amazing.

I never would've imagined Concord would have such a large, nice library tucked into the upcoming…read morehustle and bustle of their downtown. It meshes perfectly with the other shops and restaurants right along the main drag. Out front the shrubs and green spaces are nicely upkept and featured a sculpture or two. In the library you can find basically anything you'd find in a Charlotte library. The bottom floor features the fiction and nonfiction stacks, plenty of computers for public use and tables for board games, puzzles and Scrabble night. Upstairs is an entire theater where, on the day I visited, a duo was playing guitar, tambourine and singing for a group of kids. Just beside the theater entrance is the children's area for books and things. Both upstairs and downstairs you can find staff at the ready to help you find what you need. It's amazing to me that more people don't take full advantage of the service and resources libraries provide entirely for free in our communities. Though I think that's changing, as this location seems to prove.

My husband happened to be outside and saw it all. We always liked him but this wasn't right. We had his cell number so we called him and he admitted he hit our car. He did come by and paid for the ramp he messed up (we never filed a complaint against him since he fixed what he hit) he then proceeded to tell us we had to move our mailbox or we wouldnt get anymore mail.. This mailbox has been in the same spot for over 30 years... he has been walking to and driving to for many years. Why now do we have to move it..... we wnt to see Megan...she never once apologize to us for this whole situation even being started. She has been just plain ugly to us saying our driveway wasn't safe for her driver. But the only thing unsafe is his backing up skills. If you have issues...skip going to her. Sunday morning in Concord meant that the historic Cabarrus County Courthouse was completely closed,…read morebut that actually made the visit better because I could walk the grounds without anyone around and really study this 1876 landmark that replaced an earlier courthouse lost to fire. Knowing it was designed by GSH Appleget made me pay more attention to the Victorian mix of Second Empire and Italianate details with the tall clock tower, arched windows, and that distinctive roofline. This is the third courthouse on this spot since Cabarrus County was created in 1792 and named for Stephen Cabarrus, a French‑born North Carolina legislator who served as Speaker of the state House of Commons in the 1790s. Concord has been the county seat from the very beginning and the building still feels like the civic anchor even though it no longer handles court business. Circling the exterior with no traffic or courthouse activity let me really take in the stuccoed brick, the symmetry and the way the morning light hit the tower. It was nice not having to weave around people or explain why I was photographic a government building. The quiet made the history feel more present in that way where you can start imagining the earlier wooden and brick courthouses that once stood here. Today, the building houses the Cabarrus Art Council and local history exhibits instead of judges and lawyers, but on a calm Sunday morning it still feels like the heart of downtown Concord and being able to enjoy it undisturbed made the stop absolutely worth it. Having basically no travel experience leaving the country and being a physically disabled brain injury survivor, this could have been a very stressful situation for me. Traveling out of the country involves so many different components pertaining to booking flights, hotels, and extreme pressured situations. Without Linda's service, I would have bowed out lol. My trip was 4 nights stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica! Linda was top notch, making sure all the arrangements I needed were in order pertaining to my accommodation. The Wheelchair Assistance and pre boarding service were amazing!! They took care of everything for me. All I did was hand the needed documents to my helper, and they gave it to ticket takers, bag handlers, etc.! A few weeks before my trip, Linda informed me that the hotel gave away my Interior Non-Ocean View Mini King Room!!! Linda quickly corrected the error and got me UPGRADED to COMPLIMENTARY Ocean front view room!! On top of that, I was moved next door to my travel companions!! Linda contacted the American Airlines to set me and my plus one with special service. She also booked us into the Club Mobay (just a blessing)!!! Bonita Travels have set the bar very high for any other travel agents for me. Saying that, why fix what's not broken lol.
