I wasn't familiar with the location of this place so I just cruised around until I found it. It's actually located across the street from Gardner Webb University. Three stars; a bit generous concerning any Post Office coming from me. Very limited parking and I didn't see any outside drop boxes. This one is typical of most and nothing unusual that I could determine.

Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. Even I have to drive miles to get here, whenever I can afford my time, I rather come here for their service. That may be the reason, they are so busy. Good job! Thanks for their service.

I don't like going to UPSP because there isn't a convenient location near my house. This is the…read moreclosest and it's still far (about a 15 minute drive). I guess thats considered "close" living in Charlotte. I came here to return a Shein order. My package was for "scan and drop off" but I didn't have it sealed and needed to buy tape. The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

I honestly thought that it would get there on Monday. This office made me feel much better after feeling kinda bad that I did last min gift sending. The hours are inconvenient and as quickly as Landrum is growing you would think it's time to go back to normal business hours and/or hire more people if you need to close down to catch up on your work! Also, if you have a question, don't try to call because they almost never answer the phone! I have had to drive there several times just to get answers that could have easily been answered over the phone!

I have been to the post office twice on New Hope road, near Ashbrook High school, in regards to…read morepicking up a letter for my uncle, before the deadline. They told me on both occasions that they couldn't find it!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!! The line typically moves slow and seems to be long during most of the hours of operation. But, today it did move fast, despite the fact that I waited for 10-15 minutes for her to look for my letter!!! When she did come back to tell me that she was sorry, because she couldn't find it, I said, "this is unacceptable and I explained that this is the 2nd time this has happened." Then, she said, "let me check one other place. Finally, she came back with the letter! She did apologize, but it shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to find 1 letter. Also, I have people constantly walking on my uncles grass near his flower bushes from the post office, instead of using the ramp that leads to the front door where the mailbox is located!!! Why????
