Great service and enough people manning the cash registers to move those long lines along. If they promise that something will be ready after 1pm, it will be there for you. Not so at the local Sun City version of postal annex. And the prices at Postal Annex are reasonable, shy of the ridiculous mark-ups one will experience at other versions of this type. If it is postal, you pay what the USPS does. And they are nice, helpful people. I drive from Indian Land to Waxhaw to have my shipping, copying and faxing needs satisfied. They Addison sell shipping boxes and supplies in case you don't have your own. This location has great customer service, no long wait lines. Just a quick shout out for postal annex, at mod Pizza and Harris teeter. They have the cutest random and random and reasonable knick knacks. You can return FedEx, amazon, etc. They have notary services, print services, stamps, etc. Most of all, they are soooo friendly! read more

I wish that I had the opportunity to leave a good review, but when I attempted to enter the store with my 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter, a man quickly approached us to make it known that they were closed, should've closed 15 minutes ago, and couldn't help us. My son was already IN THE STORE when this guy basically kicked us out, shouting "See you on Monday morning!" as he closed the door on us. My kids were looking forward to getting Grandma's Christmas gift in the mail, and figured I'd give this place a try. I don't think I'll ever be coming back here... it wouldn't have killed them to take 2 more packages from a first time customer with young kids. I'll be sticking with USPS or the UPS store. read more

These nice people really know what they are doing! Can't say enough nice things about their customer service and knowledge of their biz. I had shipped a pkg to Italy in January that got derailed and returned 4 mos. later. Travis and Team got after USPS for credit and then took shipping into his own hands and it arrived in Tuscany 5 days later! What a pleasure dealing with small biz owners like this. read more

I live in Lawson so the tiny bit of extra money I'll pay here to ship things off with great quality service and a smile is worth not making the left hand turn out of the post office parking lot! OK, I don't really know who the target audience is for this store, or how they make enough money to afford rent, let alone their employees. But they're always super nice and willing to mail my packages without charge. Sometimes I need to return products but I don't have a traditional mailbox, and the Postal Annex is the closest option. So, thanks! If I ever need something shipped and don't already have packaging and labels, I know who has my business. read more

I've been here twice. Once to get passport pictures taken and today to mail a package. I drive by a post office but will go out of my way to come here because I never encounter a wait. I find that the guys that work here are a lot friendlier than the folks at the post office. They pretty much do the same thing as the post office but with longer hours. Passport pictures were not the best (not their fault, can't fix the face!) but was reasonably priced. Highly recommend coming here. They sell stamps too! read more

We overnighted documents through UPS and UPS lost them. Travis notarized and sent a second set through FedEx the next day free of charge. While it wasn't ideal, he did his best to remedy the situation. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

I just received a mail piece which came in the form of a laminated card. Very nicely done, -you could tell that they spent money on this advertisement. They were promoting a free 25 foot tape measure and a five dollar off coupon. When I went into the store (which is next to the Harris Teeter that I shop at ), I thought I'd check them out and pick up a free tape measure. Well wouldn't you know, only three days after receiving their mailing; they surprisingly ran out of Free tape measures, but if I had a coupon for the five dollars off, I was welcome to use that. They said that the were overrun with people coming into their store for the tape measure and the coupon says "while supplies last." I told them that I don't want to use the coupon as I won't do business with a compay who illicits business using deceptive means. If I were a new company announcing the opening of a new business, I would do anything in my power to make propspective customers happy. Stay away from them they have shown their true colors early on. Susan is unprofessional and racism. I came in to get a document printed to sign. I also needed the document scanned and emailed back to me. She was rushing me so she could take the caucasian customers behind me. She printed my paper wrong the first time and told me it was the way I sent it to her. The second time it came out right. While I was signing the form she took another customer (which was not a problem). I told her I was ready she replied "you have to wait now". The lady she had in front of me had 3 boxes no labels and needed to be weighed. I told her I couldn't wait and just let me pay my bill. She keep going back and forth on my total amount due. Susan needs customer service training!!! All customers should be treated the same. read more
