I asked why he didn't tell me the notary wasn't available before printing my documents, and he just smiled at me. When I asked exactly how long the wait would be, he walked to the back, came back smiling, and said 10 minutes. At that point, I said never mind and picked up my papers to leave. His only response was to tell me I still needed to pay for the printing. No apology, no acknowledgment that he should have told me about the wait before printing the documents, and absolutely no concern that he had wasted my time. I had no problem paying for the printing, but the complete lack of communication and basic customer service was incredibly frustrating. I would not return to this location.

The clerk in the camo shirt demanded to know what was in the envelope, then proceeded to tell me that it needed to be sent UPS since "it could take up to a month to arrive by USPS mail."
