Strange for a small, local business to be so unreliable. I called to confirm ahead of time that they could take a passport photo for me. They said yes. I asked if I need an appointment. They said no. I arrived the next day, no other customers around and two employees sitting in chairs doing nothing. No really, just talking to each other, doing not a thing related to work. They asked what I needed and I said a passport photo. They told me to come back later. I told them them that would be difficult given my work schedule and they responded with "difficult or not possible". So I suppose I need to go elsewhere. This isn't the first time this location has let me down. It is at a point I thought I should tell others in hopes that whoever runs this joint can straighten things out and soon. read more

I have always appreciated this store as it us close to my home and the young lady that us generally there is always very helpful and nice. However a couple of times I have been waited on by who I assume is the owner, older man. He has never been very nice or welcoming but I have always just shook it off. Today was the last straw and unfortunately the last time I will ever go to this store again. I walked in with a package that I needed to mail. He was sitting at the desk with his back to me and never turned around to acknowledge me so I thought maybe he did not hear me come in so I politely said "Good Morning"... he turned and looked at me and sternly said "I'll be with you in a minute". When he came to the counter he was acting as if he was annoyed that I was there. He told me I had to take my package to the post office and started to walk away, I had a question about the package so I asked if he could help me, he came back and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. I thought I would save 10 minutes or so by having PostNet scan some documents for me. Assuming a cost of $10 or so, the worker scanned my docs and sent them to my email. It took them about 3 minutes at most to do this, which was good but cost me over $50!!!!! Never again! I told him that I would never have had them do this if I knew the cost upfront. In all fairness, I should have asked. All he said after I exclaimed, "$50!", is "yes, it is expensive". Well, lesson learned, never use PostNet again. read more

People are friendly here and it is conveniently located ... but ridiculously priced. I had a medium size box (maybe 1.5 cu ft) and was very light (contained scarfs as a Christmas gift) going to California. I was told the cheapest price would be 52 dollars. After paying the outrageous rate (before which, I waited in line for 20 minutes), I came back into the store after leaving for 5 minutes and thinking how expensive that was. I requested to cancel the transaction and I would take the package to the post office. I was told, "No, we typically do not give refunds on shipping arrangements made." Really? That's ridiculous - just like their rates. The've lost my business. I will go elsewhere next time. Lesson learned. read more

Unfortunately this is the nearest shipping place to me and many of my neighbors. I suspect they know they have our little market cornered which leads to their penny-pinching business practices. I've had to use them in a jam a few times and every time, they find a way to squeeze another nickel out of me. Today will be the last time. I had two boxes with pre-paid shipping labels that I just needed to drop off and ship. When I did, they informed me there is a $1 "tape fee." A tape fee!?! I've never heard of a tape fee! I needed to ship my boxes to avoid late fees, so I acquiesced. I'm less concerned about the $1, rather the fact that this place feels the need to nickel and dime their customers. This tells me one of two things: 1. They don't know how to appropriately price their services and therefore have to resort to ridiculous $1 tape fees - which speaks to the owner's incompetency or 2. They don't care about competency and truly feel they need to charge $1 for tape (and maybe feel we have to deal with it because they're the only shipping center in town). Either way, from now on I will be driving the extra 5 miles for another place that won't nickel and dime me every time I use their services. Avoid this place. read more

Our home printer would run out of ink when I need to print an important form! Thank God for PostNet when you can't find a neighbor to print something for you. Friendly staff greeted me immediately and printed my two-page form. Only downside was I thought it was a tad pricey...$.16/sheet. No, $.32 didn't break the bank this time, but I'm not sure I would go there for a larger document. Great place for short fixes! read more

I dropped off a package that was being sent Priority Mail on Friday around 4. When I went to track the package this afternoon because it hadn't been received yet I saw that it hadn't even left the store!!When I called to ask the lady answering the phone was very rude and told me it was because of the holiday weekend. Turns out they were closed Sat, Sun AND Mon and they didn't send out packages the entire time! It was not mentioned to me that my package would not go out until today because of this. Otherwise I would have gone to the actual post office and sent it. read more

I took my artwork here to get it scanned and explained I needed a high quality file for artwork that was going to be reproduced. The man who helped me said he could do that for me. When I got the file back, part of the white background was grey from the paper not being flat and parts of the image were touching the edge of the paper. He had not taken the time to center the image or make sure it was flat on the scanner. When I called and explained, politely, that this file would not work and to request my money back, the man actually hung up on me. It amazes me that a grown man and business owner would act this way. I will never go here again even though it means driving an hour to a decent print shop. read more

I am posting this to share my experience and warn other customers. If you are unhappy with their service and voice a complaint and say you would like a resolution to the problem the owner will tell you to leave and that if you don't he will(pretend to) call 911. He will tell you that he is a lawyer and sues people like you. And that he has all your information so the police will find you! All the while playing Christian music from the speakers. Mmmm lying and threatening others doesn't seem too Christian to me. In my opinion when he is shipping important packages or receiving them and signing for them he should be more careful with them. One of his employees signed for a fedex envelope that contained my daughters Social Security card and then misplaced it in the store. It took him at least 15 minutes to scour the store and call the employee to find it! This is not slander or libel, this is truth and just a reminder to watch out for wolves in sheeps clothing. Rude. Called to see what I needed to do to get a pick-up for a package that was delivered to my house that was not mine. When I asked the lady what I needed to do to get a package picked up she said "Well you need to call FedEx" I told her that's why I was calling because I this is the number and I do not have another number. She said "Well I don't either right now so you will just need to drop that off". Now that's a is some serious lacking in service. I will not be dropping into that place of business. read more

These people are complete crooks and I would not do business with them ever again. I went in to drop off a return pre paid package for FedEx. I was told since they are not actually FedEx, they need a label. Seemed reasonable enough. However, they said if I had an email with the label (which I did), I could simply forward it to them and they would print it for me. I forwarded the email and they printed the label for me. As the label printed, the person behind the counter states that there will be a charge of $1.11 for printing it. When I inquired, why he did not tell me that before printing, he curtly replied I did not have to ship with them (actually at that point I did, since the email stated I could not switch options between printing and going to a center). In this case the bait and switch only cost me $1.11, but next time I will not be taking my chances with these shady players. read more

We needed some odd size passport-type photos for a country in Europe as well as regular US passport photos. We had gone to another store and they weren't helpful at all. The folks at this PostNet went out of their way to help us out. They researched the correct size online and then had their graphic designer size them to the correct specs. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store for all your postal and printing needs. read more

This place is a total nightmare!! We were overcharged for a package being sent by Fed Ex Ground for Home Delivery. Instead they charged us as if it was Freight. I called Fed Ex directly and had it confirmed that we were in fact charged the wrong price. We are not talking about a few dollars but $50.00!! We have contacted this place by phone and in person. The manager insists that we were charged the right price even though two different people from Fed Ex have told us it was incorrect. The manager even told my husband that Fed Ex would be calling us. We never received a call. We were charged $158.37 of which $133.54 was for shipping. The box weighed 8 lbs. and the dimensions were: 32 x 25 x 14. We will never use this place again and advise everyone to find somewhere else to send your packages!! read more
