They can accept packages and provide shipping services, but in my experience there was no reliable chain of custody or immediate USPS acceptance scan when I dropped packages off here. I dropped off multiple prepaid USPS packages and several went days without ever showing an acceptance scan. With a normal USPS counter drop-off, I would have received a receipt showing that USPS had officially accepted each package. Here, once the packages were handed over, I had no way to verify where they were until USPS eventually scanned some of them later. If you are shipping anything important, expensive, time-sensitive, or tied to an eBay sale, I would strongly recommend taking it directly to an actual USPS location so you leave with documented proof of acceptance.
