Best customer service ever! Rocky, went above and beyond to help me out with a time sensitive item that I needed printed and faxed.

I don't think I've reviewed a 'UPS' per se before, but after locating this adjacent to the COSTCO…read moreand needing to drop off an Amazon return, I have nothing but a 5-Star review to leave. Recommend: Absolutely based on my experience. Opened door, instantly greeted, surprised by the sheer amount of office 'things' you could do here, from printing MAPS to packaging and scanning. I do NOT see UPS stores this nice anywhere in Tucson, AZ or this well suited to handle professional services. Quickly communicated with by the Staff, took my product, thanked me for stopping in and with a smile, wished me a great day! I don't know if there has been a management changeover from reading all the 1-Star reviews (since 2021) but I saw no indications of substandard service on my visit.

There were three employees doing nothing and the man was still very rude. Edit: thanks for the response, but I do not work at ups. there's never a reason to treat a customer with disrespect like you did. All you had to do was ask nicely and I would have done what you asked. But what you did was say "that's not helpful " and then you got mad when I put the boxes on the wrong side? How would I as a customer possibly know what to do in your store. Every other ups is glad to receive the business and they do it with a nice greeting and willingness to help. Again a little courtesy goes a long way. I have never had any issues with any other ups or mail service, and I drop off many packages weekly so perhaps take this as constructive criticism and improve your attitude.

I didn't know those things still existed. Anyways, I felt a little awkward walking in preparing to make this odd inquiry, but felt some comfort when I realized I was in a rather cozy small business environment. In my experience, folks in those places are usually friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. I was actually starting to think I'd found a replacement for the UPS store around the corner that felt more like a post office. It would also save me the drive to the print shop I go to regularly in south end. Wow, maybe this all happened for a reason I thought...what a great find! Boy was I wrong. Before I even finished explaining my situation the man behind the counter threw his arms up, turned his back to me and walked towards the back of the store (I guess that's where they keep the packages). He then proceeded to yell to me (from the back of the store) that he didn't have any packages for me in a tone that conveyed to me in a rather unmistakable way that he did not approve of the reason for my presence in his store, and that I was an unwanted distraction. So much for that small business warm and fuzzy. I can only speculate as to why my request was viewed as such a nuisance, but it's worth noting that they provide a good deal of printing and mailbox services, all of which fetch a decent price compared to my "free" request. I've had plenty of good reasons to pay for their services since, but I will never set foot inside that storefront again. I never did track that package down either.

The envelope was going to Utah, no insurance and sent 'snail mail' ground. The woman quoted a price of $15.00. She said 'prices have gone up'. I almost fell to the ground as the content of the envelope was probably less than the cost of sending it. I declined and left, went to the post office down the road and mailed it for $1.77. I understand they 'jack' their prices up for the convenience, but really???? Something seems a little fishy here at this location. This transaction took place AFTER the holiday rush.

On July 17, 2025, I visited this store to print a document. Instead of using an official UPS system or secure platform, the staff asked me to send the document to a Gmail account: store6144@gmail.com. Additionally, I was charged a $2.95 "File Access Fee" just for retrieving the document from the email. This raises serious concerns about privacy and data protection: * Does UPS authorize its franchise locations to use Gmail accounts to handle customer documents? * What protections are in place for customers' information when documents are sent to and accessed through a third-party email service? As a customer, I expect higher standards and stronger safeguards when handling personal or sensitive documents. I respectfully request that UPS investigate this practice and clarify its policies regarding secure document handling at franchised locations.
