$2 fee to print from an email. I had a single page of black and white to print. I refuse to pay $2 per page that is absurd. The employee laughed at me when I didn't pay and said no to the service. Indifference and attitude is the name of the game here apparently. Upon visiting recently a young lady named Bria was very confrontational right from the start, while I was confused about the differences between certified copies and perhaps just needing a photocopy she told me she "didn't need an attitude" and that "I needed to go to the other UPS Store". For the second time recently, I went to ship something at the UPS store on Fairview. The employees were indifferent and unhelpful. The same employee as waited on me last time - when I did not complete my transaction, as I didn't this time - again told me I would have to buy boxes to ship. My items were in boxes. When I complained about the poor customer service, the manager very snarkily said, "Have a nice day." I sincerely wished her one also and left with the items I wanted to ship. Do not use this UPS store. They mislead customers about how long it will take packages to arrive and when one disputes the charge because they did not deliver, they ignore the request, put people on hold and never pick up the phone again and say they are too busy to check on the claim when one goes into the store to ask for action. There is another UPS store nearby in Cotswold. Use that one. They are helpful and honest there. read more

The simple gesture of sending a care package to a friend in mourning, turns to disappointment and a loss of trust in this UPS Store location. The package was shipped 5/7. I received a call 5/8 advising there was a "shipping disruption" and I needed to collect my package at the UPS Store. I arrived at the location, picked up my package, which was in a different box than initially placed. When questioned, the person asked the manager to speak with me. I opened the box in front of the manager, to see an item missing from the shipment, no damage noted. The "manager" offered no apology and only provided a number to customer service. I called customer service to be told the UPS Store is privately owned, and UPS would not get involved in resolution, that I was to speak with the owner of the store. $15.74 for ground shipping. A $20 item "stolen" from the package. No support from UPS. And a total lack of caring by staff/management at this UPS Store. I've lost money, confidence and trust in UPS, the UPS Store and will happily go out of my way to support another shipping provider. Shame on this UPS Store. read more

If you value your time do not come here. Joke of an establishment. Owner lacks basic communication skills. Employees obviously have no support from the boss as well. Extremely lacking staff with the worst attitudes. They will over charge you for everything including a single strip of tape. They force you to buy boxes for items that don't require it. They never have a print associate available. place is always extremely hot and has roaches crawling around the place. Shipments will go missing I've had several Amazon returns go awol. Seriously consider giving this place your time or money. YOUVE BEEN WARNED ! Take your business to the arboretum store or Cotswold. Change of ownership. New manager is not only incompetent but when I showed him the problems with him miss labelling my returns. I told him he lost my business after 18 years. He didn't care. I have been a loyal customer for years. I went in to mail some returns. I asked for 100 stamps. They rung me up. After inserting my credit card I noticed I was charged $85. I went out to my car to look up the cost of a stamp. The mark up was huge. I went back in and asked for a refund. They refused, saying there are no returns for this item. I left a message for the manager. He didn't call. I went in the next day. He wasn't there, I left another message. Still no response. read more

This UPS store shares its main entrance with the Caribou Coffee. They are a full service mailing shop, with boxes, packing materials and yes, they ship stuff by UPS. I think they also have a mailbox system, but I wasn't really paying attention. I just wanted to drop off my pre-paid package and be on my way. The clerk was friendly and helpful and got it done pronto. If I have more UPS mailing requirements, I'll be back. read more

The staff at this store are so amazing. I went to this location for the first time to do an amazon return. I explained to them that I had another item that had to go priority they the post office but it was closed, and I was leaving for a trip the next day. Even though it was 6:45pm and they close at 7, they told me to run home and get the package. They told me that even if I am back at 7 they would be there a few minutes past and would open the door for me. I ran home and got back at 7:02 pm. They took care of everything. I'm often at this location to ship packages since its close to where i live and I prefer it. Typically i think that USPS is probably cheaper, but i tend to use this UPS store's services over competitors. it is full service and I've never had any issues here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful and it's never as crowded as the post offices on Park Road or South Blvd. I'm always in and out in 5 minutes. I use this UPS store all the time mailing packages to my children (5) and grandchildren (12). My packages arrive quickly without any mishaps so far. I never had problems using this store until recently. Now I say "Buyer Beware".i had an urgent need to have expedited delivery of my business cellphone and paid $80.00 for this service with the promise I would receive it the following morning. It was delivered 3 days later. When I asked for a refund or compensation for the extra charge for guaranteed expedited sevice the manager told me it was bad weather which was an"Act of God" and this is in the fine print of their contract. I will not deal with this store again as they do not believe in good will. I heard today that Amazon is starting package delivery service. Poetic justice! I had a personal mailbox here for some time. Towards the time I ended my contract, packages were being delivered to me, but were not properly checked in so I repeatedly wasn't getting them until days later. What made me end the contract was a package they were adamant hadn't arrived. I got on the phone with the company and after going round and round with them, my package was located right there in the store. I asked to end my contract at that point and the store manager would not give me back my key deposit. He claimed to know nothing about taking such deposits. I'm not sure if he was being dishonest or if the person who took the deposit was but I think it was the latter, so based on my experiences, I wouldn't recommend this location for mailbox services. read more
