Called today to confirm notary availability and hours. Woman on phone was very curt, but whatever. I showed up less than an hour later to find a handmade "no notary on staff" sign on the door. This should have been disclosed when I called. read more

$2 fee to print from an email. I had a single page of black and white to print. I refuse to pay $2 per page that is absurd. The employee laughed at me when I didn't pay and said no to the service. Will never be back unless its a free Amazon return here. This is clearly price gouging for folks who need Amazon return labels. read more

Store closes at 7pm - came to drop off a package at 6:50pm and the doors were already locked. No notice on the door or visible employees.

Indifference and attitude is the name of the game here apparently. Upon visiting recently a young lady named Bria was very confrontational right from the start, while I was confused about the differences between certified copies and perhaps just needing a photocopy she told me she "didn't need an attitude" and that "I needed to go to the other UPS Store". Hey, I was in customer service and this place is more like a reality tv show than a formal business. read more

For the second time recently, I went to ship something at the UPS store on Fairview. The employees were indifferent and unhelpful. The same employee as waited on me last time - when I did not complete my transaction, as I didn't this time - again told me I would have to buy boxes to ship. My items were in boxes. When I complained about the poor customer service, the manager very snarkily said, "Have a nice day." I sincerely wished her one also and left with the items I wanted to ship. Last time I will try to ship something from that store. read more

Top notch! I came here for a copy job. Jeff was quick and courteous. I didn't work directly with the rest of the team but could hear them with the other customers. Very impressed overall by everyone's professionalism and good spirits, read more

Do not use this UPS store. They mislead customers about how long it will take packages to arrive and when one disputes the charge because they did not deliver, they ignore the request, put people on hold and never pick up the phone again and say they are too busy to check on the claim when one goes into the store to ask for action. There is another UPS store nearby in Cotswold. Use that one. They are helpful and honest there. read more

I have rarely experienced the rudeness and poor service that I experienced here. Do not touch this place with a 10-foot pole if you value your time, money or whatever items you want shipped. The manager should quit her job here immediately and never take another job in customer service - I can't believe how incredibly rude and incompetent she was. Go ANYWHERE else!! read more

The simple gesture of sending a care package to a friend in mourning, turns to disappointment and a loss of trust in this UPS Store location. The package was shipped 5/7. I received a call 5/8 advising there was a "shipping disruption" and I needed to collect my package at the UPS Store. I arrived at the location, picked up my package, which was in a different box than initially placed. When questioned, the person asked the manager to speak with me. I opened the box in front of the manager, to see an item missing from the shipment, no damage noted. The "manager" offered no apology and only provided a number to customer service. I called customer service to be told the UPS Store is privately owned, and UPS would not get involved in resolution, that I was to speak with the owner of the store. $15.74 for ground shipping. A $20 item "stolen" from the package. No support from UPS. And a total lack of caring by staff/management at this UPS Store. I've lost money, confidence and trust in UPS, the UPS Store and will happily go out of my way to support another shipping provider. Shame on this UPS Store. read more

This location rarely opens on time. It's very frustrating when they do not open as they schedule!

If you value your time do not come here. Joke of an establishment. Owner lacks basic communication skills. Employees obviously have no support from the boss as well. Extremely lacking staff with the worst attitudes. They will over charge you for everything including a single strip of tape. They force you to buy boxes for items that don't require it. They never have a print associate available. place is always extremely hot and has roaches crawling around the place. Shipments will go missing I've had several Amazon returns go awol. Seriously consider giving this place your time or money. YOUVE BEEN WARNED ! Take your business to the arboretum store or Cotswold. Atleast you can get stuff done efficiently and not have to second guess a decision. read more

Change of ownership. New manager is not only incompetent but when I showed him the problems with him miss labelling my returns. I told him he lost my business after 18 years. He didn't care. Incompetent is one thing and a simple I'm sorry goes a long way. I support small business but bad service doesn't give them a free pass. read more

They provide poor service. They misinform and over charge customers. I tried to get a refund for a package not being delivered when I was told it would, and I was given the run around. read more

This UPS store shares its main entrance with the Caribou Coffee. They are a full service mailing shop, with boxes, packing materials and yes, they ship stuff by UPS. I think they also have a mailbox system, but I wasn't really paying attention. I just wanted to drop off my pre-paid package and be on my way. The clerk was friendly and helpful and got it done pronto. If I have more UPS mailing requirements, I'll be back. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

I have been a loyal customer for years. I went in to mail some returns. I asked for 100 stamps. They rung me up. After inserting my credit card I noticed I was charged $85. I went out to my car to look up the cost of a stamp. The mark up was huge. I went back in and asked for a refund. They refused, saying there are no returns for this item. I left a message for the manager. He didn't call. I went in the next day. He wasn't there, I left another message. Still no response. read more

Great job done by this UPS store. We had some banners printed for our gender reveal party. The quality of the prints was great and they did a great job designing what I wanted on my banners. Very quick and fast preparation of the banners, they did my prints in 1 hour. Well done. read more

Went for a notary appt and he had "called out." Would have been nice to be notified before I left work. Not reliable. Go elsewhere.

Really appreciate the extra care these folks gave when packing some very sensitive equipment today. Have been coming to this store for a couple of years and always feel confident my items will be handled with care. read more

Great place! Always nice, clean and friendly, the staff are very knowledgeable about the service. Highly recommend it.

Very accommodating staff with a full range of services. Complete customer satisfaction. Also, Caribou Coffee is right next door.

Dropped in today for the first time to drop off my prepaid box to ship my corrupted phone back to the carrier's repair warehouse. The attendant was alert and asked me to come on in. In and out I went. read more

The staff at this store are so amazing. I went to this location for the first time to do an amazon return. I explained to them that I had another item that had to go priority they the post office but it was closed, and I was leaving for a trip the next day. Even though it was 6:45pm and they close at 7, they told me to run home and get the package. They told me that even if I am back at 7 they would be there a few minutes past and would open the door for me. I ran home and got back at 7:02 pm. They took care of everything. I was so stressed and they totally made my night. Thank you so much for helping me. What great service. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I had a prepaid package that I wanted to drop off, and it was taken care of extremely quickly! I barely had to wait in line and the package was even missing some tape, which the employee said they would take care of for me. Friendly and prompt service! read more

UPS was supposed to deliver my package to the local Customer Center across town but somehow couldn't make it happen, so I had them deliver here. This location made sure to contact me and really went the extra mile to get my package to me quickly. The excellent customer service saved my relationship with UPS for sure. Great local business! read more

TOTAL customer orientation. Obviously want to give the customer a great experience. These people define customer satisfaction.

This place is convenient and the staff are very helpful. I can drop off USPS and UPS items and they have never failed to deliver.

I'm often at this location to ship packages since its close to where i live and I prefer it. Typically i think that USPS is probably cheaper, but i tend to use this UPS store's services over competitors. it is full service and I've never had any issues here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful and it's never as crowded as the post offices on Park Road or South Blvd. I'm always in and out in 5 minutes. Definitely worthwhile to come here. read more

I've had to use the notary here many times lately since my Dad passed away and they are always friendly and quick.

This is a great neighborhood store that makes you feel as though they know you when you walk through the door. Everyone is friendly and very efficient. They also have various greeting card selections for a quick stop when you need a card right away. I like the decorated bubble mailing envelopes for special occasions. read more

Friendly staff and they know what they're doing. Fast and convenient. Always a plus.

These guys have been able to help with my printing needs and also supported my community service events such as Tour De Turns

I use this UPS store all the time mailing packages to my children (5) and grandchildren (12). My packages arrive quickly without any mishaps so far. Sometimes I don't have the right mailing box so I just bring in the item and they pack it for me .. it is very affordable. AND the people are friendly and fun! read more

I never had problems using this store until recently. Now I say "Buyer Beware".i had an urgent need to have expedited delivery of my business cellphone and paid $80.00 for this service with the promise I would receive it the following morning. It was delivered 3 days later. When I asked for a refund or compensation for the extra charge for guaranteed expedited sevice the manager told me it was bad weather which was an"Act of God" and this is in the fine print of their contract. I will not deal with this store again as they do not believe in good will. I heard today that Amazon is starting package delivery service. Poetic justice! Perhaps this is a true "Act of God!" and a wake up call for UPS. read more

I had a personal mailbox here for some time. Towards the time I ended my contract, packages were being delivered to me, but were not properly checked in so I repeatedly wasn't getting them until days later. What made me end the contract was a package they were adamant hadn't arrived. I got on the phone with the company and after going round and round with them, my package was located right there in the store. I asked to end my contract at that point and the store manager would not give me back my key deposit. He claimed to know nothing about taking such deposits. I'm not sure if he was being dishonest or if the person who took the deposit was but I think it was the latter, so based on my experiences, I wouldn't recommend this location for mailbox services. read more
