I was amazed at the customer service that I just received at the UPS store. I don't bring things back often from Amazon and I didn't have the box fully taped and I didn't know I had to print the label off ahead. I read their sign and started to walk out. The person from the store came and said can I help you I said well I didn't have this taped up and I didn't know I had to print this digital return of address for him. He said come on in I got you. Came back in the store with me tape the box printed the label from my App and charged me nothing and relieved an extra trip as this box has been sitting in the back of my car for at least two weeks. I will return back here for all of my shipping needs or passport, photos etc. I was really impressed with the service that I received. read more

I do mostly Amazon Returns and returns with prepaid labels. The people that work there know what they are doing. I saw one helping another customer on how process the return to save them on having to buy a box. They definitely know how the Amazon process works. There is a laminated sheet that explains all the different Amazon Returns. Will be back here. read more

This store is fantastic. I called my nearest UPS store today looking to have a photo printed. He told me he didn't have the materials needed and suggested I call Nate at the Weddington Corners UPS store. I did so and was answered by Nate himself, he answered my questions quickly, got me a price estimate, and offered to print a sample prior to my arrival. When I arrived, he made sure it was exactly as I wanted, and it looked phenomenal. Nate's customer service, work ethic, and knowledge were impeccable. I very much appreciate his help and I appreciate the store owner making good choices in the individuals they hire. 10/10 read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Natsha and Celine! They do not sing, however provide stellar service with a giggle. These two are the sunshine in my day as I work at home and they are the only human contact I have on some days. I use this store for my Amazon returns. The employees are very friendly and efficient with helping get my items returned. The store is also much easier to find a quick parking spot versus the UPS store by Blakeney. Glad to have this location close by! read more

Unbelievable! I sent out custom inscribed flasks to each member of my wedding party asking to be groomsman and best man. I specifically put the packing slips on each flask knowing that they are unique to each person. The UPS guy told me that I needed to buy their box and they would pack it better than I did to ensure nothing would happen. Well they completely messed up and sent the wrong flasks to everyone. Everyone got a flask with someone else name on it and my one friend thanked me for asking him to be my best man and I had to tell him that it was someone else. I have no idea how to fix this. I can't say that I won't use UPS but this location will never have my business again! read more

There is NOTHing nice to say about this business. I had a problem with a Christmas package that was delivered to the wrong address and then they never called when it was eventually returned to the store. I had to track down the package myself at a service center. The store owner had entered the address incorrectly on the shipping label after I corrected him twice. Then when the package was returned (do to their error) they would not offer me a refund of their costs or help me reship. The package had also been opened. I meant to write this review in January but I was so upset I was afraid of what I would say. The owners attitude is horrible. He is rude and disrespectful. I go into Charlotte to mail packages now. read more

Worst service I've seen. They simply refuse to ship your packages. Just drive 2 miles and get a much better service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This franchise owner is all about themselves and ripping people off. Won't supply UPS envelopes or boxes free of charge to force you to buy there generic envelopes and boxes. I can't believe UPS doesn't have a better quality control group for their franchisee stores. The owner and employee lack serious customer service skills. I have dropped off UPS packages to this location before and no one has ever opened up a package to inspect it or even ask the contents. But when I had to mail a package, the owner asked me what I was mailing and took the package out my hand to look before I could even respond. Rude. I asked that he explain why he had to inspect my package instead for taking my word (or asking first before he took it out of my hand). Instead of explaining their policy, the owner had the audacity to be annoyed. I understand that there are national security requirements, but be informative instead of a jerk. I will go to the post office next time and pass on the lack of class. read more

Terrible customer service I have used this store for many years and have never had an issue. But I recently mailed my Christmas cards at this location, while I was there shipping other items via UPS. Not one of the 125 Christmas cards I left at this location were ever delivered. When I discussed the issue with the owner, he remembered the box full of Christmas cards that I dropped off at his location, but blamed the lack of delivery on the USPS location in Matthews. It turns out that the box full of cards that I left was sealed up and returned to Shutterfly via UPS. The contents of the box were destroyed upon return to Shutterfly. Shutterfly offered to reprint all of the cards free of charge upon hearing the story of what happened. However this UPS store owner was unwilling to even help cover the postage I lost by the mishap. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a business that I have frequented for years. The owner said he only provided customer service for UPS shipments and that the mail service was just offered as a convenience. Even though he sells books of stamps, he was unwilling to help me out with reimbursement of the stamps. Well, this turned out to be incredible inconvenient for me and the owner refused to help in any way. I won't use this store again and caution anyone using the "convenient" USPS mail services offered here. read more
