All I can say is stay a way from this print shop. Terrible…read moreexperience, I paid them to print 3 outdoor signs plus installation, First, The print quality was so bad, Colors did not match the original design (Clearly printed on low settings) and their installer damaged the signs during installation, He even left the screws exposed, I reached back to their manager Jim Henderson to correct the issue, First he blamed the sun light for the color change, Then he blamed the original design and when I proved him wrong he started to become rude and used foul language, Now he starts lying and claiming that we chose a lower price option even though we paid him what he asked for including payment for installation service. No reputable print shop accepts to deliver or even offer this kind of cheap quality to their customers. This company will screw your project and will not refund your money and they will turn their back on you as soon as they find out that you are not satisfied. Be aware!

I wanted a custom piece made for my daughter. They delivered something that should be a family…read moreheirloom for generations. My late mother had a light blue cameo necklace that she wore daily. She never took it off for several years in 1970's. She still came back to it on occasion for the next 45 years after that. It was just costume jewelry and the decorative color had worn off the metal pendant. One night I was showing my mother's jewelry to my daughter. She thought this piece was particularly pretty. I took the cameo pennant into Falls Jewelers to see what could be done to make the piece something that my daughter would value forever. They suggested creating a base for the cameo in silver that was more simple and would showcase the cameo. They also added a nice bale to the pendant. The finished product is beautiful. My daughter loves it. It has monetary value as well as sentimental value.
