This location was incredibly responsive. Today, I felt seen and I felt supported by this location. The team noticed my injury and immediately offered a chair. The prices were reasonable. Next, I clearly had no idea what I was doing as I attempted to submit an application which involved printing prepaid labels, and several documents. Shipping is a pain in the a** and expensive, sure, so I'm guessing that's why people have left negative reviews. I'm just here checking hours on a sun but use this store 2-3x per week to ship eBay sales and such. I've never had anything but a positive experience. Pleasant people. read more

First time here and the gentleman that was here was very nice and professional he even showed me how to use the Dropbox (I get that this is actually companies like this shortening the worker supply need as well so I don't like this option unless they are busy). I'm so angry using the store. Customer service is terrible. I called to get prices. When I get there I get charged extra. They say that they can't do some of the services that I needed such as notary for a university letter for my daughter. So they tack on extra fees. The clerk asked me five times for my name and the addressee and where it was shipping. Even though the letter was right in front of her. And she had my ID. Would not recommend as they don't seem to know what they're doing. read more

I came to this store to drop off a package today and there was a number of people outside waiting around to see if the store would open. It was 10:15am and it was still closed with the gate down but the store hours on the door says it opens at 8am. Needless to say, I couldn't get my business taken care of here and had to find elsewhere to go like everyone else standing outside. read more

Called to check the price of printing one colored page from a file on a flash drive and was told it would be under $1. Get there and have it printed and the total is over $4. How?? The printed page is only about $1 but apparently just for them to stick the flash drive into their computer they charge over $3. Why didn't they tell me that when I asked how much it was going to be to print the page, they knew I had the file on a flash drive? I will not use them again. read more

Not happy customer. I am a person who ships packages frequently from my previous home in Oregon and have done a many RTS via UPS when packages are sent to my home for another person I don't know. So I am quite familiar with the process. I didn't appreciate the young man trying to tell me the package will probably be sent back to me because UPS has to pay for the RTS. Our discussion was not nice only for me to end it by asking the UPS driver that walked in to get packages confirm what I said about RTS and not an issue and it not be returned my address. No apology from young man. And the young lady who handled my other shipment didn't bother to even ask for person last name I was sending to or ask for spelling of first name. SMH!!!! Don't ship from here if you want your package to arrive in one piece. Recently shipped a package for a refund and the item was crushed. I was told by an associate at this location that it had to survive a 6 foot drop onto a conveyor belt. Was given the $100 insurance amount, and offered only a partial refund on the shipping cost. Only after several emails and a visit to the location was I given the full amount paid for shipping. The owner was very rude. read more

Wow!! What a pleasant experience!! The owner took care of me because the employee was assisting someone else when I walked in and just about done helping his customer so the wait would only be another minute but the owner still came out from the back and took care of me.
