First time @ UPS ...Absolutely Wonderful Experience…read more Today was my first time inside a UPS Store and i'm surprised to say I'm extremely satisfied with their excellent service. Overall it was a pleasure to talk with them with them. Their team was very professional and courteous! At the time i was looking to ship a very particular pre-owned watch. I was, at first, very scared to send such an expensive item but once I arrived and spoke with someone from the store they rested my mind. I took it in to be shipped on a weekend, that same evening i received an email with the tracking number and to my surprise, the watch arrived Monday morning, well-packaged. There are a lot of incompetence out there, this store is not one of them, it was a happy and friendly atmosphere and i can strongly recommend their services.

WORST EXPERIENCE at this location. Warning-DO NOT GO unless you want to have your time wasted and…read moretreated like crap. The owner is extremely Rude and it seems she DOES NOT CARE about her customers. So bad I've filed a complaint with FedEx. She claimed that a QR code can't be printed there- dispite that being a listed service on HER linked page for Fedex. She knew the 1st time I came in that I had a QR code. She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. I have never met this woman or been into this location and will never go back! What a terrible experience with a person who seemed to enjoy being terrible. Sad. She doesn't deserve to be a FedEx authorized location.

WARNING: DO NOT SEND USPS PACKAGES HERE…read more This is a third-party / partner shipping location, not an actual USPS Post Office. They can accept packages and provide shipping services, but in my experience there was no reliable chain of custody or immediate USPS acceptance scan when I dropped packages off here. I dropped off multiple prepaid USPS packages and several went days without ever showing an acceptance scan. With a normal USPS counter drop-off, I would have received a receipt showing that USPS had officially accepted each package. Here, once the packages were handed over, I had no way to verify where they were until USPS eventually scanned some of them later. If you are shipping anything important, expensive, time-sensitive, or tied to an eBay sale, I would strongly recommend taking it directly to an actual USPS location so you leave with documented proof of acceptance.

Then Saturday is now 11:30 am. Update of their service hours, taken today. There were other older customers in front and behind. Climbing up those steps to see it was closed. If they are not on Google map, we would have go to other places not to be late. For scheduling pick up, we also worry about if post office has accepted our package. Anyway, why customers don't trust post office now for a reason.
