I will give them 3 stars because i truly understand what small businesses have to go through. There is tremendous adversity in running a small business. Ive been humbly blessed to be able to own 11 businesses in the last 25 years. And, with all the adversity, its been a grateful blessing that they have been successful! I humbly also have a Small Business Consulting Firm. And, very humbly this International Minute Press, Pineville really humbly needs to hire my Company to give this Printing Business some major help and consulting. I have tried my very best to give this printing company 3 different printing projects. Just because i wanted to support them, and give them a few chances to give me much better customer service and quality product each successive time. They are, very unfortunately, really bad at Customer service, knowledge, and Print Quality. The first 2500 Business Cards they printed for me had terrible resolution. The colors were faded and washed out. Then, they very nicely and diplomatically tried to lie to me and tell me the wrong information on why the Quality of the Card was what it was. I wanted to stay humble. But, i have been Printing hundreds of thousands of all different types of things over the last 25 years of Business. And, my Expert Graphic Designer of 20 years, is an Executive at Warner Bros(one of the biggest companies in the world). So, i knew that they were absolutely lying about why the print quality was so average. Almost bad. They just wouldnt admit that they were wrong and then tried to lie to me. Even though i humbly was vastly more educated then them, in regards to Printing. I tried to use them a second time to give them a chance to redeem themselves. They ended up giving one of my Clients that i was Consulting at the time...,terrible, argumentative service. I was shocked. They really need to humble themselves, especially during this Economic Time, and they need to learn how to run a good business. Good luck! read more

I don't dress like a business owner on most days; typically casual jeans and a shirt, a scruffy hat. I attempted to go to a nearby print shop (Steele Creek Printing or something), and they were horrendously rude and obscenely ill-equipped to handle any queries as to their business or processes. So I left, frustrated, and Google showed me that IMP was just down the road. FIgured it would have to be better than the event I just participated in, and gave it a try. Absolute night & day difference between the two shops. I met Rodolfo, their designer, and Jackie, the owner. Both were extremely courteous and patient, explaining the different treatments, paper weights, designs, and past works. Even better, they offered me samples of their paper for me to show to my clients, a document with all of their prices, and brochures. When I passed my business card to Rodolfo, he explained how the card was created, and the treatments that their shop would use differently for a better quality end-product. When I elected IMP for the needs of my client, they were efficient and delivered a quality product. Not only would I use IMP again, but I will use only their service for my business needs in the future. read more

This is an amazing establishment. They are very precise with a quality that we don't generally see anymore in our fast paced, technologically advanced lives. This is a company that genuinely cares about their customers, takes the time to make sure that they understand your needs, will correct any mistakes, gives you ideas that are on point with your printing needs and they superceed all expectations of what we take for granted as a printing company. As a family owned establishment they make you feel "at home" and comfortable no matter how your ordering preference. Outstanding job to an amazing business!!!! I've had nothing but positive experiences with IMP over the past year. They have done a variety of jobs for our organization including printing event programs, golf tournament and road race signs, bumper stickers, post cards, a full color brochure and more. Everything has been done professionally and delivered on time! The owner, Dan, is very personable and you can tell he really cares about delivering quality service. The graphic designer, Rodolfo, is always helpful with suggestions and providing knowledgeable information on various printing options.
