The downside is that the wording was off-center. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, but after paying $120 +tax at Pottery Barn Kids for these beanbags I was pretty pissed that the wording wasn't perfect. So, I called and conveyed my dissatisfaction... Not only did they refund me my money, but Jackie worked really hard to help me find another logo to add to the covers to make me feel better about the mistake. I felt it was unreasonable to ask them to buy new covers for wording that was off... Because the quality and service was good, I will go to them first for any personalization I need.

Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. And to the owner good luck with your new policy you have just lost a loyal customer.

Third time's a charm. This was the third and final t-shirt business that I visited. After looking…read moreinto Curiosi-T and T-shirt Authority, I got a reference from a church member who had our hundreds of shirts printed. She recommended T-Shirt Authority and I trekked across town to see what I could find. I was looking to have relatively simple shirts for my flag football team. If you don't know where you're going, it's a difficult spot to find, as it's located in the back of a large business park and can't be seen from any road. Fortunately, Steve answered the phone and guided me directly there. When I walked in, there were several smaller offices, all w/the doors open so I could ask for help. I was directed to the giant one in the middle with a glass window (duh) and the man inside acknowledged my presence and signaled for me to wait, as he was on the phone. In a minute or so, he came out and introduced himself as Steve and we went into his office. I explained what I wanted and we got to doing a rough sketch immediately. Finally, someone who understood basic business principles (take the order ASAP and get the money). He stated that a graphic designer would work with the sketch and contact me to get approval/changes before the shirts were printed. Steve also gave me an estimated date that the shirts would be ready. I paid my deposit and that was it. That was on Thursday. On Tuesday, the graphic designer, Gwen, emailed me a mock up of the shirt and made the 3 revisions I requested. The shirts were ready by Friday, before the estimated delivery date. Nothing, but high praises for this very professional business. Save yourself the trouble and come here first for all of your t-shirt printing needs. FYI -Had 16 shirts made w/print on the front, individual numbers on the back, and a logo on the sleeve. Carolina blue shirt, w/1 color of print. Approx. $250.
