After sending a final email asking for a refund, they finally responded informing me of my shipment. Still no answer on the phone or via email to verify a size change I made the day I ordered my shirt. Luckily my shirt size change was made but the quality is sub par. Pictures show the iron/printer marks left on the shirt which I'm not happy about but it isn't a huge issue. Still leaving 1 star for absent customer service/contact, marks left on shirt, and wait time for delivery despite posted delivery times on their website. No apology offered or even an excuse as to why the order took so long. Still can't recommend.

The color are not detail and not even as explained previously on their contact us page on website 3 times. Yes the shirt is defective in print quality and I want an immediate refund plus any shipping and handling for this return. I don't plan to pay to return a product that is not right. Looks like enough pressure was not used for a sublimation shirt. There is nothing wrong with the file because due to time restraints I had another company to print and it looks great. Note phone is disconnected and email does not work. Again no response from contact us on website. Never use this company for any service.
