About a year ago I placed an order, received confirmation, and was charged for it. I never received the item. That time, after reaching out to the business several times, I eventually received the item. In early June I placed an order, received confirmation and my card was charged. Again, no further word nor sign of the item. When I reached out I was offered a refund or the item. I requested the item. More weeks went by, so I reached out again. Days went by before I finally received a terse response that a refund would be issued. It was, over two months after my original order.

Our team of Charlotte content creators were looking for a professional, talented, and efficient…read moreprint vendor to create a t-shirt for our foodie tour. My Bestie Steph happened to see this print shop advertising on social media. We reached out to them via DM and received a response immediately. We had a quick demand and a short turnaround time. We provided Printland with our itinerary, Instagram handles and our vision and Bobby designed and delivered in less than 2 days. This was his concept and masterpiece! He also provided each us 2 shirts, one for each day of the tour! Each Foodie IG handle is on the front of their own custom t-shirt! During our 2 Day Foodie Tour we were stopped by people asking to take pictures of the back of our shirts, and inquiring "WHERE CAN THEY GET ONE OF THESE?" We can't thank the team over at Printland enough for designing and delivering these quality custom front and back CLT Black Foodie t-shirts. Go see my guy Bobby and I'm positive you'll get the best quality and service in Charlotte!

ZERO stars! I reached out to this company to place a rush order for some plaques. I sent an email…read moreand spoke to someone named Flo who helped me decide exactly what we needed (size, finish, etc.). I told her out timeline and asked multiple times whether it could be met and she assured me that it could. I sent the graphics, font info, etc and she sent an invoice for payment in full. I asked if we would be able to see a mock up first to make sure that everything was ok. She said that they would need payment in full before we would get the mockup. I expressed that that made me uncomfortable to pay the full mount up front without seeing a mock up to make sure that everything was good. She then said that they would take a 50% deposit. We agreed and she sent the invoice and said that we needed to call back after 11 the next day to pay. I called her the next day after 11 to give her the credit card for the deposit and was informed that they cancelled our order. At first she said that we were not working within their process (although I followed her lead and did everything she asked me to do and there was never any indication that anything was wrong) and then she said that they got in another order that will be needed at the same time as ours. My guess is that the other order was bigger and/or paid more than ours so she cancelled our order instead. This leaves us scrambling to find another vendor. VERY POOR customer service!

He messed it up then got smart with me and was extremely condescending with me because HE used the wrong font and wanted me to go buy another one so he could re-do it. I will never use them again for anything. His wife Donna seemed much nicer and willing to help so maybe he should let her deal with the customers!

Every place I called was not able to accommodate me and I can't blame them as I waited until the weekend before I was leaving basically I needed my comforter cleaned same day. On a Saturday :/ finally I got ahold of the nicest lady at American dry cleaners and she let me know she wasn't sure if they could have it done that fast as they usually take about 3-4 days on household items especially king size comforters but that she would check with the staff. She came back and let me know that they would be happy to get it done for me and the icing on top for me was that they even ended up having a better price! This place has been open in Charlotte since 1921 and for good reason! Great customer service amazing work too my comforter looked brand spankin new!
