Update from previous review. Received my shirt order from April 19th, on May 5th, 16 days after purchase. After sending a final email asking for a refund, they finally responded informing me of my shipment. Still no answer on the phone or via email to verify a size change I made the day I ordered my shirt. Luckily my shirt size change was made but the quality is sub par. Pictures show the iron/printer marks left on the shirt which I'm not happy about but it isn't a huge issue. Still leaving 1 star for absent customer service/contact, marks left on shirt, and wait time for delivery despite posted delivery times on their website. No apology offered or even an excuse as to why the order took so long. Still can't recommend. read more

RE: order number. xxxxx from Feb, 7th 2020 with amount $37.50 This is my 3rd request for return authorization for a junk quality print of a shirt sent to me. The color are not detail and not even as explained previously on their contact us page on website 3 times. Yes the shirt is defective in print quality and I want an immediate refund plus any shipping and handling for this return. I don't plan to pay to return a product that is not right. Looks like enough pressure was not used for a sublimation shirt. There is nothing wrong with the file because due to time restraints I had another company to print and it looks great. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!! What I saw in the picture of the ad was a nice quality deck with authentic graphics. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A STRETCHED OUT, PIXELATED, BLURRY VERSION of what I thought I was ordering. When I view the board at an angle, I can see bumps, similar to putting wallpaper on textured wall. The picture is so stretched out that what I saw in the ad isn't even all there. I also wish they had mentioned that there were absolutely no graphics or grip tape on the top as shown in the picture because that just would have meant that I'd have to order more things to make the board look as it does in the ad. I am so incredibly disappointed with this, this is all going right back, and now I'm back to square one for my son's Christmas gift. I will edit this review Once the return is accepted and my credit is refunded ASAP! I tried calling but all I get is busy tones, I can't even get through! Good God I am so frustrated with this company!!! - UPDATE - After having not one ounce of success in contacting them with the number they provided, as well as emailing them, I was left with no choice but to file a fraud claim with my credit card. They had me send pictures of the amateur replica as well as screenshots from the website. Needless to say, I was awarded full credit. I uploaded a high quality file from a marketing agency and recieved 3 shirts with 3 different shades of blue in the logo and also blue transferred onto the white this is unacceptable also the lettering was doubled! Furthermore THEIR PHONE IS OUT OF SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS! Avoid at all cost! Take pride in your business or get out of it! read more

It's been weeks and the order still has not been fulfilled. The website still says waiting. Two phone calls and a refund request and nothing. They still have my money, and they still provide excuses or why it takes over two weeks to fulfill an order. I was actually thinking of using them to fulfillment of t-shirts for my online business. I had 2 separate orders of shirts that were misprinted by Galloree. There were multiple shirts where the designs were either missing or placed wrong, shirts were the wrong size, and some designs were already cracking upon arrival. One shirt even had a yellow stain on it like from a marker. After emailing them multiple times with pictures of the errors and also calling them multiple times (with no answer) I now believe that they are just going to avoid me entirely. I had a store on their website and for months, customers would select an item for purchase, but could not actually pay for the order. I have not had a sale on their site in years and this was the primary reason. I tried to call, have emailed and sent a message to their FB account, however I have seen no indication that the company is operating at all. My experience with Galloree was a garbage fire. I ordered a custom hat on November 30 for Christmas for my nephew. When I had not received it by December 19 and had to get on a plane the next day for Christmas, I emailed the email address on their website as well as the one on my PayPal receipt with the order included to cancel it and get a refund. I never received a response. I went on my family vacation and came back and the order had still not come in and I still had not received a response. So I emailed again on January 5 using their customer service portal on their website asking them again to cancel the order and issue a refund. I did not receive a single response. Yesterday, I wrote again using the customer service portal, and did not receive a response. What I did receive late last night was the order, 1.5 months after I had ordered it. The print job did not look like the proof on the website at all (about 75% the size of the proof), it was not centered on the hat at all, and there are pink and black stains outside of the printed area. Basically, it was a complete waste of money and if I wasn't 100% sure they wouldn't respond, never mind issue a refund, I would send it back and demand one. As it is, I'm too busy to waste any more of my time with Galloree except to ensure that no one I know gets ripped off by them like I did. read more

I was pleased with the printing quality of the sample shirt I ordered and received of my design, compared to the samples I'd received from other such websites as Represent.com and Spreadshirt.com, except there were a few imprint size and location issues, and some mis-registration on the back imprint (i.e.- double lines in the art that did not exist in the PNG file of the design I uploaded). Galloree rep, Steve McKillip, contacted me and instructed me to return the defective shirt, which I've done. A refund has been issued and I received an e-mail indicating that my original order had been "accepted" again. Since I have not placed a new order since receiving the refund notice, I've been trying to contact ANYONE at Galloree.com as to the status of my replacement shirt. Is it being processed? Do I need to place another order? I've been e-mailing Mr. McKillip and customer service and trying to call their offices for two days now and no replies, and the phone number is constantly busy. I too will be happy to update this review once I hear from Galloree. read more
