She made a rendering of my sign and had it back to me with only a matter of a couple days. She followed up regularly with me, even through the busy holiday season she was available to answer any questions I had. I gave her a computer file of my logo and asked her about what colors would make my sign stand out most and she gave them. We made the sign and it looks EXACTLY like my logo. It lights up at night for potential customers. My profession is dentistry and we have had a very large number of new patients recently that I believe can be attributed (in large part) to such a nice sign. It really makes my practice stand out. Jose does not respond to e-mails, phone, and text messages and very bad and poor customer service. Because of this company City of Hickory code enforcement team lost confidence on us to replace the sign in time to bring it into compliance. City has been waiting patiently for long time as we have informed this company is working on it and they complete the installation. after numerous follow-ups and e-mails we were given May 9th 2023 installation date and of course the installation was not done on that date and since then no response from the owner and i at least tried calling about 30 + time in last few days and no response to phone and no response to text and we are stuck at this point and reported and submitted complaint with BBB and i am writing this review for other business owner should not need to go through what we have been through over the last two years working with this company and i would not doing business with this organization and the owner Jose.
