Alex responded to my request on a Thursday evening, which I really appreciated. I received one other quote, but this shop was closer and significantly more affordable at $350 instead of $600. The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Ahmad made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, and I can't express how much I appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!

They could not seem to figure out how to smoothly transfer the website change. My website was never fully indexed on google. TDLR: 1) My website didn't fully index in the 3-4 months I used them. 2) Title tags were atrocious. Zero thought went into them. They targeted keywords that meant nothing. 3) I worked on my own SEO for hours trying to fix their mistakes. 4) They charge extra to run banner ads but say they don't have any way to see their performance. 5) The salesman lie. They got me good. I fell for it. I wasn't even going to write a bad review after all this until they charged me for an additional month. I cancelled the day before getting charged and they said it was too late. There is much more but it's hard to write about my experience without getting angry, so this will do.

They don't even know what the difference between "Features" and "Benefits". They also had a lot of internal issues with the owner running point from Vermont while the staff was local in Charlotte. Most of the time he over-ruled them and US! They held us hostage over a very small invoice that was outside the scope of services but we were forced to pay. Last, a good friend of mine called me and asked for Synchronicity's info because he had a small change that needed to be made. I told him I was not happy and that they did a poor job, but my friend said it was so small they couldn't possibly screw it up. Well, they did and he called me to tell me the screw ups that he oversaw by them. Do your homework and make sure that you know all of the people there that will work on your account AND make sure that the owner doesn't stick his nose when it is unnecessary. BTW - I am redoing my website and using a much easier platform
