I paid $400.00 to get started and they then sent an email to set up a google business page and PUT THEM AS OWNER! I got cold feet and looked up their company, and all of the 1-star reviews prove my point. Thank God I did not send them any logos, work photos, etc. to get things going. I cancelled IMMEDIATELY. Just received an email stating they have a 6 month contract and billing will continue. Good luck, because you have no leg to stand on, no logo sent, no content, no approval, no work was rendered, cancellation was immediate. I already notified my bank that any further charges from merchant are blocked due to nothing being complete. So, the contract is null and void. Absolutely garbage company. They sell you a package saying it gives you a bunch of different things. Then once you give them money they do nothing. You dont get an account manager, you have to call a number. Nine times out of ten they won't answer. They actually left my website worse than when they started. Dont, please don't waste your money. There are better options out there that will cost you less. By the way, their app and back office stuff is trash as well. If you're using any other program then you are lightyears ahead of where this software is. I wish I could give them negative stars. read more
