I was able to verify her filings with Delaware's Secretary of State, and TC Creatives is in good standing. She had solid reviews on websites like Clutch. While her bid was higher than my prior top choices, she was the only web designer who was confident and had experience with working on movie review websites. She had no qualms about delivering what I asked for without adding a very high surcharge for adding photos, genres, release date, ranking and director/author information to every post. I only requested the photos. When I expressed reservations about the contract, she was willing to make concessions to put my mind at ease, but also did not want my vision to limit her because she could offer so much more than I requested, which she did. She wanted more for my website than I did. While she was working on my website, she constantly made backups, and my website never went down. She made sure that my page was protected with JetPack, which was never fully in sync. From the moment I made the mistake of trusting them with my money, it has been nothing but a downward spiral of deceit, unfulfilled promises, and defeat. Once I signed the contract and gave my deposit, it became hard to communicate with Flynaut. They kept changing the people in charge of my project, missed deadlines, and the software they made didn't work properly. This cost me money, opportunities, and my reputation. It seemed like they never intended to give me what they promised. As I read more reviews and found out about their fake "past work" examples, multiple companies in different places, and other founders who got hurt by Flynaut in Charlotte, I realized that Flynaut was taking advantage of new founders like me. To make things look better than they were, the CEO of Flynaut, Shadab Rashid, invited me to a "10x conference" in Miami. He said it would be a great chance to meet people. But when I got there, the conference was not a place to pitch my business and it seemed like a trick for him to sell more of Flynaut's false promises. Shadab asked strange questions that now prove to be in support of their scam plan, "what do you do when you get mad?" do you scream?" Shadab proceeded to buy me, his client, a dress. When questioning his motive, Shadab responded by saying "if I wanted to f*ck someone, I would pay for a prostitute!" It doesn't stop there- email & SMS for The Quick Space got hacked - sending more than 40k messages to contacts in India, pretending to be an Indian bank asking for account information. This cost The Quick Space money to send these communications and aided in stealing more money from people in India. I urge anyone considering working with Flynaut to steer clear of this deceitful company. They have no regard for their clients, their promises are empty, and their actions are nothing short of criminal. Save yourself the heartache and financial loss by avoiding this scam of a development company at all costs.
