I thought she would be coming out, but she sent two other people who did not speak much English. I called to let her know that they had arrived and wanted to make sure they understood what I was requesting. She assured me they were fine and said they had just passed their training and were new to the company. Hmmm... I felt that they did an ok job. They did not pick things up to clean underneath them and I had to go back through the house to do so. I called Liya and explained all of this to her. We also discussed payment at this time. They were there for 2 hrs and she tried to charge me for 5 hrs (2.5 hrs for each person). I explained the time frame and she said they told her 2.5. Hmmm... She did give me a discount and said the next time I would need cleaning she would send out her best lady that everyone likes. ??? Why wouldn't you send her for my fist time cleaning? I will not be using them again.
