When we first decided to go with Town Square, they were much easier to communicate with. They've revamped their customer service and downgraded their support. I would NOT recommend doing business with them now! I don't know if they outsourced their "creative department" but they say they're working on something and you never hear from them again until you send a "remember me?" email. Today I asked if they design new logo's for companies and they said "Yes, we'd be happy to do that" I sent our old logo at their request and they added it to our webpage on a business card looking thing in the corner. It looks awful. This is a very expensive company, and it's not worth even a quarter of what they charge now. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! My experience with Townsquare Media and their affiliate Townsquare Interactive was horrible!! I was a loyal paying client for nearly 5 years. I had a duplicate Google listing and simply asked them to delete the duplicate. They deleted the wrong listing and lost 80 of my Google 5 Star reviews and couldn't get them back. This is how they rewarded me for my loyalty. I finally broke away from them after they tried to thwart my efforts to move on. We received ONE call through the garbage site they built. That ONE call - was from an individual who we had a working relationship with. When you hear of deceit and schemes - this company matches every criteria. The lack of remorse or accountability from them is inhumane. If you are looking to "hand" money to them with no product being provided, this is the company for you. But if you end up going that route, just donate to the homeless or a charity, at least your money would be going to a positive cause. These thieves are the lowest of the low. Lastly, if you are going to respond with: "We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. A representative will be reaching out to discuss your concerns and complaints and determine a resolution." DON'T. That ship sailed a while ago after your failed promises and lofty BS stories. I made it abundantly clear what our expectations were in using them. My only request was to stop showing up in our previous working location and be able to be found in our current location. They told me that would be no problem. 4 months later I am no closer to this as I was myself, but I'm $1,200 in the hole for absolutely nothing. I called townsquare to build a websight for my dog to promote her. On the first phone call it was great i talked to three young guys and all were promising me the world designing my websight for my dog who is a star. It's been a month a few days ago and my websight is far from completed properly. O must of made thirty calls in this month telling the designers what's wrong and they say they well send it up he fixed and it dosent get done. i've worn out my welcome calling these pll because they drop the ball each and every time something's added or needs to be corrected. I needed help with SEO and local SEO. They convinced me to also redesign my website. That was a mistake. I waited for months because of two redesigns. Both were trash. I had to be on them repeatedly to get an almost satisfactory result on a website. When it was finished, they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to host and offered next to no support. Literally barebones. I wanted to write blog posts, but the interface was totally confusing. I couldn't edit my own website. They offered no user manuals or a FAQ on how to do anything. In the end, I am no longer a user of that site and went back to Squarespace. As far as SEO is concerned, I have no idea what worked and what didn't. I've never left a one-star review for a company, so this is the first. I don't know what is up with this group, but I submitted an online form for information about Townsquare and lead generation. I progressively got 3 or 4 phone calls, all by different people within a day. From a sales standpoint, terrible. Then talked to someone for maybe 3 minutes when I answered one this morning. Waste of time. What is with the pushiness? Why isn't your company culture changing when there are this many bad reviews on here? Just from the lack of clarity and the overwhelming number of phone calls, I wouldn't want to work with this company. I was told that they also don't work with individuals who work part-time hours, and that was the end of our call. Y'all need to find someone to help with your company leadership. We wanted to leave a review about our experience with Townsquare Interactive. We have been with them for 4 months and we are happy with what they have provided us with so far. There are no issues with billing. When we had website issues we went back to them and they did respond and correct what we wanted. They always follow up when they are working on a project or correction. Additionally, I wanted to compliment how easy their platform is for the owners! How easy it is to navigate to make changes on our own, when available. We were able to modify/correct things without even letting them know it was an issue. Ease of use for sure! Should never have given them a second chance! Hired them to do SEO work. Sounds like they only worked with our site twice in two years. Every time they access our site we have to give them a code. That only happened twice. Claim we were doing well so no tweaking or SEO work needed to be done. This came from multiple representatives. Asked if there is a smaller price to pay. They said if I am doing well they should do well even if no services are being provided. If I had paid more than roughly $6,000 I would be suing. After reaching out to see if we could discuss packages and pricing she never gave an exact answer but insisted on knowing "my budget". Rep kept asking if I had the login information for our website which outside of SEO falls in line with the reviews regarding them hijacking your site. I am now onto day 12 with no business email and I have already lost one of my clients because I did not answer their email (no business email since 3/17!!!) I could not get your team to set up an email for me with a simple DNS change. After days of waiting, I ended up closing my account. Now I can't get my domain transferred back! Townsquare uses Go Daddy as do I. Go Daddy sees no change in the status after a few days and asked me to check to see if they actually sent it. After speaking to Go Daddy and with my background knowledge of building my own websites, I feel my domain is being purposely delayed from being transferred. After all this I cannot get a refund for a mediocre website with no edits that I requested prior to launch. No website hits other than from ads I created on Google.
