They stated they have no warranty, therefore does not guarantee their work, and could not offer a discount to replace it. I understand things do not last forever and this can happen, however, I did not even have my magnet for 6 weeks and the car was just washed and clean the day I put my magnet on since my magnets do not stay on all the time. I still have the other magnet and not even 3 months later, it is having issues sticking. The quality is awful and I would recommend never doing business with them, I know they lost my business.
