Heather has worked in a timely manner and has been easy to get a hold of. We have meetings to touch base and make sure things are up to date and I am reaching my goals. I now have a full client base of people I love to help and I have an employee who is building a clientele as quickly as is comfortable for her. Heather has been a big part of our business success. I'd recommend her highly to anyone. Charlene Poole CPE, LE Owner of Porch Swing Spa Electrologist

I had beanbag covers personalized for my girls. It took almost a week for them to come back, but…read morethe embroidery was really nice and professional looking. The downside is that the wording was off-center. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, but after paying $120 +tax at Pottery Barn Kids for these beanbags I was pretty pissed that the wording wasn't perfect. So, I called and conveyed my dissatisfaction... Not only did they refund me my money, but Jackie worked really hard to help me find another logo to add to the covers to make me feel better about the mistake. I felt it was unreasonable to ask them to buy new covers for wording that was off... Because the quality and service was good, I will go to them first for any personalization I need.

First of all let me start that I started doing business with this company about two years ago and I…read morethought they were great when they were smaller. Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. And to the owner good luck with your new policy you have just lost a loyal customer.

You've gotta love the single-handed approach to handling every business owner's needs. Her creative skill is obvious if you take a look at her portfolio, and she's got a great work ethic. Every interaction I had with her was prompt, and she always produces high-quality work. She's really down to earth, young, and approachable, which is refreshing in the diva-fied world of designers. She's awesome, especially for small business. If you're looking for some promotional materials, hit her up.

Miss Amy Shelton of Amy Shelton Designs completed my music web site in late September, 2009. Her…read morework is subpar. Lengthy delays. Incomplete pages. Unprofessional attitude- including an inability to deal with any customer dissatisfaction. Many corrections needed to be made after the site was up and running. Audio pages did not work properly. After several frustrating email exchanges concerning delays in the website launch, Miss Shelton had a tantrum, which resulted in my being given an ultimatum to pay her in full immediately or have my site shut down. Payment was never an issue. I was left to complete work that she should have done herself, after she had been paid in full. My photo page had captions on the previous site. The new site done by Miss Shelton had no captions, just the jpeg file name on it. I was told to complete this myself. After being hacked the other day, Miss Shelton did help me, but also added that she "didn't have to." I do not recommend this company for web design. I am forced to give her a "one star" rating, although I'd prefer to give no stars.
