Open communication has been GREAT and even provided a ballpark price quote! Very happy with them, and havent even brought my dress in yet! **CONTINUED** I am beyond impressed with this business. Long story short, my apartment complex lost my dress I ordered for my brothers wedding and I was scrambling to find a dress days before flying out to CA for my brothers wedding. I brought the dress in Friday afternoon, like 1:30/2PMish and had to bring the dress in significantly (ended up finding a dress last minute on FBMP a few sizes too big) and it was ready Tuesday evening after work! Its like it was originally made that size from the company! Beautiful work, flawless execution of this alteration. They had transparent communication around what they were gonna be doing and to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am shouting praise from the rooftops for this business and please dont keep hunting for dry cleaning/alterations.. THIS is your place!

I took my wedding dress to be altered here back in April. My wedding is June 27th of this year. Ann…read moresaid it would be ready June 7th. The day we dropped it off we came up with a full plan and were happy with what was pinned. When we came to the final fitting she had done one thing from the list of alterations to be made. The top was still loose, she did not add a button to the slit, she made three bustle point instead of five. The worst part was that she added yellow pearls to the skirt of the dress for the bustle. When we discussed our concerns she began by saying that we don't understand her work and my dress is too much. If that was the case, we should've been turned down in April. She only gave us half of our money back. We now have three weeks to find someone to finish and correct her work and will likely have to pay a rush fee. All because of her.
