She definitely needs a job that doesn't require being around people, if she can she'll ignore you and do the bare minimum. Very annoying. State of the art Laundry center and guess what you can use your credit card or quarters Boom! You can bring your own detergents or you can buy from Kim the on site manager who May I say is kind and excellent. Boom! They also will do your laundry if you drop it off and go to some of those abundant nice restaurants near by. I hear that Sunday is their busiest day so plan accordingly Boom! Laundromat it's self is lovely. Theyve had great. Employees. Owner is a jerk. I have regularly left my laundry to do errands. Quit asking after a while. Owner happened to be in and asked me several times to read signs to him. About not leaving laundry. Really didn't let me talk. He'd make a horrible preschool teacher. read more

The place is clean, sure. However the customer service is some of the worst I have seen out of any business. Allow me to explain: My dryer at home unfortunately broke while I was doing my laundry. I have had this happen before and have gone elsewhere that allowed it, so when I saw this was closer I chose here. they have one sign on one door out of three. I did not see the sign and entered. I had already began my cycle in the dryer and after already paying, was approached by an older white woman, who's personality was definitely abrasive, told me I was not allowed to dry without washing (a terrible policy that should be looked at) and told me to leave. As I came in to get my money that I had already paid, she was blowing vapor from a vape at the front desk. Very unprofessional. Speaking on unprofessional; look at the owners response on any negative comment. Their attitude shows they have absolutely zero customer service skills and are not pleasant to interact with. If this is how Ben (the owner) chooses to run his business, I can foresee this being a short lived endeavor. I don't expect the owner to change this, nor understand the constructive criticism he has received and will continue to receive (more than likely), though I hope thats not the case. I personally will not be supporting a business that so clearly hates its customers. read more

We came here when my parents' washing machine broke over the holidays. We were surprised at all the laundry options available. We opted for the loaf our own washer, but then pay them to switch out the laundry into the dryer and call you when it's done. You can also pay them to do the complete wash & fold - or do everything yourself. There are many size washers from 20lb to 80lb (maybe bigger, I'm not sure). Very clean. Like, suspiciously clean. The machines were shiny even... and the place was busy. So busy I had to wait a while for machines to open up. The attendant was constantly cleaning the machines. Inside and out. I still can't believe how clean this place is. And bonus: they take credit cards and Apple Pay. Its $10 a load. They are really big machines for drying a lot at once but it's going to to cost you to wash them. Even more so if you don't bring detergent and dryer sheets. read more

I drive 20 miles once a week to come here and do my laundry. My house is being built so I don't currently have a washer and dryer. This place is super clean, doesn't require a pocket full of quarters because the machines all take cards and it just feels good coming here to do my most hated chore! read more

I've been to this laundromat several times, and usually have a very positive experience. However, this evening I arrived eight minutes after 8 PM, not knowing that the last wash was at 8 PM. I walked into the laundromat and looked to the reception desk to ask if I could wash clothing But there was no one there. I put my clothes into a washing machine, poured detergent and inserted my money. The next thing, I know, a very nasty woman walks up to me and demands that I take my clothing out of the washing machine and leave the laundromat. Keep in mind that there were several people walking in and out of the laundromat. I would have no problem with her telling me that they were closing, and I missed the cut off time, but her attitude, and how rude she was, is completely unacceptable. Will never patronize this establishment again! read more

I love the facility ... nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful most times .. but the last two times the staff member wasn't helpful. She allows the clothes to just sit in the washers and dryers. I asked both visits for her to take the clothes out of the washers so that I could wash my clothes. The other staff member always say "sure, no problem." or "I got it for you" and proceeds to move the clothes. Anyways, I was asked to leave today because I took it upon myself to move clothes another customer left unattended. Another customer told me she had to do the same thing .. because people are just holding washers and dryer. The staff member says someone was waiting before me, which I understand. I waited 5 mins and i don't understand why I should have to wait 20 mins for a dryer when a staff member could just pull them. I never leave my clothes unattended and shouldn't be asked to leave because other people are leaving their clothes unattended. That's makes no sense to me. Why should someone have to wait even 5 mins on unattended clothes? The lady that asked me to leave kept a calm voice, I just wrote this in hopes all staff members receive the same training. So customers receive the same treatment. PLEASE just move clothes that sitting most people see this as an inconvenience. We live busy lives .. I've put off buying a washer and dryer but after this experience.I'm buying one today. read more

I was searching for a decent laundry mat to wash my clothes during this quarantine and I found a great one! I really appreciated how clean and welcoming it is!
