This must be by far the best laundromat in the area! I walked out of there and I forgot I was walking out of a laundromat lol. The place was spotless clean inside, Machines look good and updated. Friendly staff I was greeted by Leah she was excellent if there was an option to give 10 starts I would. Leah was easy to communicate, gave me a breakdown of the prices. Gave me an option to pick up y clothes same day or next. I choose Next day. Next day pick up was smooth, they did a grate job I saw Leah again had my clothes ready for me. Smooth transaction I will visit here again. read more

Cleanest laundry I've ever been to. But they are cashless. They are a little pricey too but they have everything a person needs to waah and dry. They also have vending machines and a small store nearby for snacks and drinks. read more

I am currently having an issue with my washer where I live and I have not been to a laundromat for like 30 years or more and they were great. Not only did the staff work with me to help me get this all to work out and do my laundry they have so many units to work with. I can use the 6 to 8 load units and wash all my clothes easily and the price is very reasonable too. There are designated parking spots that help, but plenty of parking all around. It is next door to Common Market so you can go in and get some snacks or lunch when washing your clothes. It is always clean, friendly and helpful staff the only complaint I would have is that the vending machines are empty a lot and takes a minute for them to refill them which can be frustrating when you are hot or hungry and want a snack or need some supplies. Other than that I would recommend this location to take care of your business read more

Such a clean, bright and beautiful laundromat! I was staying in town for two months out of a hotel. So I needed to do laundry on the reg! This business really takes pride in how clean they up keep their whole store, and you just feel so good washing your clothes here. I love how many dryers they have available, the machines down to the floor is always impeccable with cleanliness. Something that is usually a dreading chore, somewhat feels really good and joyful while doing it at Laundry Unlimited. Thank you so much, staff is so sweet and attentive. read more

Normally, I'd rate this place 5-star. Today is disappointing because the place is a mess with the floors visibly dirty while the laundry attendant sits at the desk talking on the phone. The machines were visibly dirty as well. Trash on the floors and strewn throughout the place. I come here weekly and it's always been clean. The other laundry attendants do a great job keeping the place clean. Please help this new young lady through reorientation so that she can follow the example of the other employees who understand the assignment of working with the public and keeping the place clean and sanitized. read more

These people came over to University Walk to clean a roommate's room because he had moved out, and the front office called them to come and clean it out. They not only cleaned that, but they also cleaned the kitchen and the porch. These people are great, I would definitely use them in the future. read more

Amazing so clean and inviting I have been searching for a good place to do my laundry and so many places I found were so filthy I am grateful to have found this place read more

Nice Laundromat. Came here after the Laundromat near my house was overly packed. I like that it's right next door to The Common Market, which is a food/beer/wine hall. While my clothes were washing, I popped in there for a brew. All of their machines seem super new because you have to have a credit card to begin a wash or dry. I think if you give cash to the laundromat tenant on site then they can give you a card to begin your load as well. Far from my home, but I do reccomend. read more

This is by far the best laundromat I have ever visited! The location of the establishment is pretty busy but the place offers plenty of parking. The staff there are very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions. You have the option to do self-service or your laundry done by them. The establishment is very clean and well maintained. They have approx. 35 washers and 70 dryers according to the app by location. Any machines that were currently offline or out of order were displayed (there weren't many). The laundromat is very modern and tech savvy! They utilize an app called Speed Queen. You can choose your location, add funds, and see which machines are available for use. There is an option to add funds via cash using the payment center or attendant. They even have it set up to where you can start the machine from your phone. Very very cool! You can also choose the old fashioned way to make your purchases at the counter with Laundromat attendant. They have a vending machine for laundry supplies and a separate one for snacks and drinks. The front doors are automatic, very convenient if your hands are full! They have a small sitting area for children with a selection of books to keep them occupied and several TV's. 10/10 highly recommend read more

WOW ! Just wow... what a great find they have been. Traveling a lot leaves little time for laundry and their same day, wash/dry/fold service has been amazing. I will use them even when I'm not traveling. Time value of money is well worth it. read more

Don't use laundry's much but this one is great. Plenty big up to date machines, very clean all around and nice people running the place. I recommend this wholeheartedly. read more

Very bright and clean and automated, plenty of machines. Right next to Common Market too.

My favorite nearby laundromat closed recently, and I decided to give Laundry Unlimited a try. The space was really clean and efficient, and the staff member who helped me (Melissa) was very friendly and professional--she offered some great advice on the best washers to use for my purpose, and was quick to help me when I had trouble with one of the machines. I'll definitely return to Laundry Unlimited in the future! read more

Clean, pricing isn't too bad, helpful attendants. Hours are great too. My go to for sure

I was really pumped for a closer, cleaner, & more modern laundromat than Charlotte's current options. Just got back and man...what a HUGE letdown. Despite me checking the inside of the washer and dryer before loading my clothes like I always do, the majority of my clothes came out covered in dark stains. Skip this laundromat if you want to avoid ruining your clothes like mine now are. read more

From the minute I arrived, I was impressed with all the new upgrades and improvements Laundry Unlimited has to offer. First, you enter/exit with automatic hands free doors, which is super helpful when your hands are full! The space itself has a modern feel, super friendly and helpful staff as well as credit card friendly machines. I was able to launder and dry 2 comforters for approximately $15 in less than 90 minutes. And the bonus is being able to go next door to the Common Market to grab a sandwich and drink! Win/win experience all the way around!! read more
