They offer no service outside of business hours M-F. They do not have a customer service phone number. [EDIT: They have a voice mail line, but you cannot reach a human.] All contact with them is through their app. If you leave a message on their app, they don't call back until the following business day. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte. read more

As we all know, there are some things where it is worth a little more money if it ends up saving us time, because time is such a precious resource. I don't mind paying for services like house cleaning, lawn maintenance, etc, because the hours saved can be used for experiences, so I was excited to try this service on the hope that it would buy me valuable time in my day, but unfortunately my personal experience was that it ended up wasting more time than it saved, resulting in a total fail as this service was neither convenient nor time saving. I leveraged this service multiple times and on multiple occasions issues arose, whether it be a missed delivery date, even though the date was confirmed in writing and via the app, getting my clothes back with cleaning fluid stains or adding specific notes about needing stains on clothes to be treated and getting those clothes returned with the same stains on them, which in my opinion, tells me they completely ignored or didn't care about the notes they confirmed in writing prior to pickup, which aligns with my view that the customer service is mediocre at best and apathetic at worse. Whenever problems arose I would eventually hear back from customer service (with no sense of urgency on their part) and the dance would begin back and forth (wasting more of my time) before ultimately given a "credit" and then having to take more time to have the clothes re-serviced to fix the issue caused by their company in the first place. The whole point of my using this service was the hope of saving time, but in the end, I would have been better served in my opinion by going to any basic mid-level brick and mortar dry cleaner, even if it meant having to sit in traffic on 77 and 485, as the time spent sitting in traffic would still have been less than the time I wasted dealing with the multiple issues from this "service" that was neither convenient or time-saving in the end. Even after giving them multiple chances, I will cut my losses and go back to the mediocre hit or miss brick and mortar dry cleaning scene here in Charlotte, leaving my remaining credits to eventually fade away on the island of irrelevancy with all the other businesses that had a solid concept but poor service and execution in the end. Wash and fold service- First attempt the clothes smelled terrible, they were folded but smelled terrible. I had to re wash the entire load of clothes. They provide me a credit to my account which I did not request, once offered in requested for my money back. They did no provide the money back and ask to provide them another opportunity. The second load equally as bad. I am not sure if they are just folding the dirty clothes or washing them with water. They do not look or smell clean. I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. I used this service for the first time last month. At first, we were pleasantly surprised. Super convenient and great quality. Then they went to all email customer service and things went down hill. We made a note in our file to clean my husbands shorts with NO CREASES. He hates creases and we left our prior cleaners because they would not stop creasing them. The first order came back with all 7 of his shirts creased. We complained, they agreed to redo them. They returned them with creases again! We complained and they redid them. And the same thing happened a total of 4 times. We eventually gave up. We complained about the frustration and service and they stopped responding. We are annoyed because we were looking to be a long time customer. They made no attempt to regain our trust or business. It was simply, resend the shorts and we will redo. Unacceptable. THEY LOSE YOUR CLOTHES I was thought this was the best until last week. I noticed some of my clothes were missing. I was told they have a system and they do not lose clothes. This week I was missing clothes AND I had a pair of jeans that I never bought in my bag. Meaning I was losing my clothes. I called and was told no supervisor was available. I am shocked by the high reviews. I have put up with this company for a couple of years because of the convenience, but in that time, they have lost my clothes for over a week more than once, delivered the wrong clothes to me at least twice, sent me pictures of other men's clothes asking if they had been delivered to me and most recently lost an expensive Lacoste shirt I purchased in Europe and refuses to help me because I am only allowed 8 days to report it lost. Even though, as I mentioned, they've had my clothes for over that amount of time multiple times. I've given them chance after chance and with this latest problem, I am finished with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The customer service is awful. I am currently unable to access a suit needed for an event because "everyone has gone home for the day and no one can help me". My dry cleaning was originally picked up from my door. I received a text message saying the garments would be delivered to my door. My garments were not delivered to my door, but apparently delivered to a locked room in my building that my apartment complex cannot open. I was never given a key to this room or told that this is where my garments would be delivered to. So now, my clothes are locked in a room I am unable to access and the unfriendly customer service associate told me "no one can help until maybe tomorrow morning". It took a while for 2U to get things straight, but we've now been using them for two years now. The issue has been that I like my shirts folded rather than on hangars. I don't know how many people do that - my Cave Dwellers people used to but their machine broke and they aren't fixing it - so it was awesome to find a launderer that does. Well, they kept bringing the shirts back on hangars. Like ten times. Each time, they were apologetic, fixed the problem, didn't charge for it and promised it was fixed. Until next time. And think to say, "Oh these aren't the same...there must be another Bonobo sock and another plain white sock." I hate doing laundry and this service changed my life! They seriously do a better job cleaning and folding my laundry than I did. I love that they offer free pickup and delivery with a one day turnaround. I get a text from them letting me know when they've picked up my laundry bag and a confirmation text the next after my laundry has been delivered back to my house. They got back in contact with me via phone and text this afternoon, and was able to get me set up and running in about 20 minutes. I called customer service to learn that my account was half merged with another one (which by the way, also doesn't exist)... made me wonder how secure my information was to begin with. I was told to Just create another account and it should MAYBE WORK?; a 4th attempt with no indication of whether I'm going to again waste my time... NO THANKS. There are other dry cleaning delivery services advertised in my apartment complex, but I'm too satisfied to look elsewhere. 2U picks up and delivers straight to your door. It only takes a day. I like the referral program because I've been able to earn credits that way. This is like the Uber of dry cleaning- referral program, an app where you can actively communicate with them, and an easy to use scheduler. I'm looking forward to seeing 2U expand to other cities across the country. This would be a great alternative to using the hotel dry clean service (which is typically unreliable for me). read more

So tried this place as suggested from Yelp as I was in need of a dry cleaner so I thought I would check them out, plus it offered a coupon. There is not a physical location for you to drop off items & the set up over the phone takes about 20 minutes but the reps are extremely patient & polite despite the fact they have to keep you on the line forever. They're not really upfront with their pricing & it was a bit ambiguous to get a clear answer for pricing on their site. Also they're set up as like a subscription. There is a plus...they pick up & drop off but it's a bit of cloak & dagger with their approach to something that could be great. It is a bit pricy & not worth the hassle especially if you have a busy life. If you have time to kill & like to spend extra money for things that normally are cheaper, knock yourself out. read more

Customer service is very prompt when answering questions (shoutout to Charlie for being so patient with me because I had a lot of questions day one!) They let you know what's going on every in every step of the process through text notifications so you always know where your laundry is. Most general questions you have can be answered through the FAQ section on their website: pickup/drop off times, cleaning preferences, etc. They provide the bags for your laundry to go in & return everything nicely washed & folded in the same bag, they couldn't make it any easier! Colors are separated , you have detergent & other options for laundry care through an easy online profile, and pricing is very affordable! Recommend a subscription for sure- averages out for me to less than $5 a load. They pick up and drop off in a quick turnaround and are so responsive for questions. Re: possible shrinking- I've had a tshirt that shrank slightly but I anticipated/knew this would have happened if I washed and dried it at home! They use lower heat than I normally do at home so my clothes are handled more gently through the wash process. You can see the temps and products online in advance. We've also used them for blankets that were taken to a bonfire and smoky, and towels from when we gave our dog a bath when he was muddy. Amazing customer service. Only $9 per month service fee plus the cost of dry cleaning or fold and wash service of course but well worth it! I have had two alterations completed and the work was done very well. You can text the team to schedule a pick up or just go online and schedule a one-time or recurring pick-ups. They bring your clothes back and hang it outside of your door in a nice black bag which is the same one you put your clothes in. Easy, convenient and 1 day turn around. They used to be amazing but their new "roll outs" are basically just the same service but $10 more a bag and not giving incentives for referrals. None of the new roll outs are FOR the costumer. They are just at the expense of the costumer. Also, they billed me after two months. I thought doing weekly service meant I would pay $40 a bag but it didn't and because they took so long to bill me I didn't realize I wasn't "enrolled in the weekly service" even though I opted for a weekly pick up. Ridiculous. Costumer service apologized but wouldn't give me the extra $5 I spent per week. She said "it was just $5 extra a week". I guess $40 doesn't mean much to them now that they have grown but, I'm a teacher. Im trying The Wash Room. read more
