Been going here in a regular basis for 6 years now. Mostly I just have button up dress shirts to be cleaned,once in a while I get a dress for my wife done or some nicer sweaters. I was charged more than what was quoted. Price is too high! $7 for a shirt is ridiculous.

My 'go to' Fort Mill Cleaners has gone out of business. This is place has a great location in a strip shopping center right of Tom Hall Street. The lady was very nice and said they owned their own plant so they could do quick turnaround if needed. They also do alterations. Prices seem reasonable so we'll see how they do over time but my first impressions were good. read more

I'm not sure if the people giving the negative remarks are from years ago but I have gone here over 2 1/2 years. Never a problem. The ladies that work there are fantastic and the one gentleman is hardly ever there. The prices are the best. My clothes are always done professionally. I am so sorry that you have had problems with them. I have never had any rudeness or disrespect. I have never seen the shop closed and lights off at any time during their hours. Maybe you should try again. They even do your bedspreads and bag at a very reasonable price. read more

I dropped off a dress to be altered and was told to simply leave my name and phone number. I called back a few days later to see if I could pick it up and the male answered stating, "ma'am I can't understand your English. Come on." Excuse me...after he hung up on me three times, he stopped answering the phone. I am writing this after the unanswered calls and have yet to drive by to check the status of my dress, but I do know that the hours of operation on the door are wrong, and he closed before 5pm on 4/26/18 as I went by at 4:40 and no one was there. This place is the worst...& the dress is for my brothers wedding I'm in on 4/29/18! I understand not understanding another language, but DO NOT be rude. I work with the public daily and deal with lots of different languages. I'm patient when dealing with language barriers, but this experience has been the worst!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I figured id try this place since I drive by it on a weekly basis. I walked in and almost no lights were on and a very strange smell. It took about 2 minutes for someone to come out. The man hardly spoke a word to me. He had me write my name on an already written on post it, and asked me when I needed to pick it up. He said Monday and that was fine. I picked it up Tuesday AM, and this time all the lights were on and people were working. Same guy greets me, well, he actually didnt say a word again. I told him my name, spelling my last name and he again has my write my name on a post it. He tried to find my shirt, and got near it, and starts to walk away. Hes now looking elsewhere, when my shirt is in plain sight. I tell him its the one with the white stripes (the only white stripped one there) and he is confused. He then goes way past it. I have to coach him through how to get to the shirt. He finally finds it. He then just holds up 2 fingers, and i ask "$2 dollars" and he nods. I dont think this guy speaks any English. I would never drop anything off here again. read more
