They clearly take pride in the "finish" of the clothes. * Reliable Dry Cleaning: I had a few delicate items that needed extra care, and they handled them perfectly with no weird chemical smells or damage. * Convenience: The drop-off and pickup process is seamless, and the staff is always professional. The Not-So-Good: * Premium Pricing: While the service is top-tier, the prices were definitely higher than I expected. If you are looking for the cheapest option in town, this might not be it. You are definitely paying a premium for the brand name and the convenience. Getting more expensive, but glad to see on other fronts that prices are steady and some going down. Tide continues to do a good job. One day service if dropped off before 9am for pickup the next day. I have used Tide cleaners since I moved here. I have had shirts, suit jackets and queen sized comforters bed spreads, blankets etc dry cleaned that are too big for my home laundry. If you want you laundry or Dry Cleaning to smell AMAZING this is your spot. Never smell the weird stench of dry cleaning again, your clothes actually smell good for much longer from here. It actually makes my whole closet smell of fresh Tide. I use it often for my household items like my extra large Ruggables and comforters even my outdoor curtains. Everything always comes out just perfect. I have used the wash and fold option too and it comes out as nice as the dry cleaned items. Then there is the outstanding customer service. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been friendly and fast. For added convenience use the app and pick up or drop off on your own time or they even deliver but the drive thru is easy enough. I just moved here and am looking for a new dry cleaners. I'm very allergic to perfumes, dryer sheets, and some detergents, so I asked if they could clean my shirts to not have a smell. They assured me that they could. However, I was disappointed in how strong a smell my shirts had when I picked them up. The shirts were not wearable and left a strong detergent smell in my car and my closet. It made my eyes turn red and my lungs tighten up. I have always had a positive experience at this cleaners until today. I picked up two pairs of very nice pants that had been hemmed. To my surprise the waist of one pair has been removed and cheap elastic put in that curls up - the waist was not to be touched only the hem of the pants- so yes I was furious! There was clear communication even the length detail attached and some one has made a critical error that ruined an expensive pair of paints- that are part of a nice outfit- the other pants were correct so what happened to these is a mystery There was no manager to assist only the mess someone made to my clothing. I will not put myself through the horror again - beware of alterations!! read more

We have used Tide cleaners on and off for awhile now there service has been average but yesterday my husband went to pick up his dry cleaning arrived a few minutes after 5 not knowing according to the rude young man working that they had just closed and informed my husband rudely our Covid hours are posted on the door pointing to the paper ! So today he arrives way before closing to pick up his pants and he asked the attendant Hannah about the hours and he inquired about how rude the young man was and she proceeded to get just as rude regarding COVID hours . This is beyond unacceptable and we have decided to no longer give them our business and contact upper management . read more

I must admit that I was skeptical to try this place out as I have had some pretty bad experiences at dry cleaners before, but I am excited to report that at least after one experience, Tide Cleaners has restored my faith in dry cleaners as I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable service from start to finish. On top of that, even without the 50% off coupon I used, their price point wasn't higher than any of the other places i have used in the past, so color me shocked. And if that wasn't enough, I didn't even have to get out of my car in the pouring rain! Friendly counter service, smiling faces, nicely cleaned and pressed clothes done in less than 18 hours at no extra cost, and all at a solid value. What more can you ask for? Prior to this visit I was a big loyal fan of this location. I had not been in there lately as I have been working overseas. When I dropped off my clothes I spoke to a lady at the front desk area. I gave her my bag and my name and showed her the coupon I would be using. I also asked her to ensure that all shirts were hung up and not boxed up upon completion. When I returned two days later, I presented the coupon and gave my name. The lady at the counter seemed a little confused when trying to enter the coupon on the point of sale. She then stated that I could not use the coupon as it was for dry cleaning only even though it had always been accepted in the past and I showed the lady the coupon upon dropping off the shirts. In addition when she retrieved my clothing some of the shirts were boxed. When I mentioned it to the lady she said" oh well, we have several new people working here, sorry. I will probably not be back and if you are going to charge dry cleaning prices for laundering shirts($3.75ea), then you should allow the use of dry cleaning coupons. read more

I love this new dry cleaner in our neighborhood...they are great. The staff is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything they provide while smiling all the way. I personally love the 24 hour pick up kiosk, this makes life so much easier....no more rushing to the dry cleaner or not knowing what to do when you forget to pick up the dry cleaning and you need something to wear and it happens to be Sunday or after 7pm and your old cleaner is closed so you have no way to pick up until they open at a future date and time. With tide cleaners you have a super nice, courteous and professional virtual counter person (Kiosk machine) who fetches and sends your cleaning back to you though a glass door (the machine fetches only a certain amount at each time to keep it pristine so make sure to wait until the screen tells you that all pieces have been dispatched back to you and you have put it in your vehicle before you pull away) read more
