I think it was either a tiny drop of blood or red ink. We contacted the bridal shop, who then contacted the manufacturer; we were advised to bring the dress to a dry cleaners for spot cleaning. I called Elite Cleaners because they specialize in wedding gowns and had good reviews. I spoke to the owner, who suggested that I bring the dress to the location where the dry cleaning is performed so they could take a look at it. While I waited, they were able to clean and remove the spot. I was so pleased! They also offered to press the dress in order to remove some wrinkles that occurred when the dress was transported from the bridal store to our home. We had this done a few days later, and were very pleased with the results. Thanks to Elite Cleaners for saving the day with our daughter's wedding dress!

First, they are in a very convenient location in south Charlotte and offer an array of dry cleaning services. I'm on the go for business so I like to have my shirts and pants pressed and ready to go, so when I dropped off my items I advised them as to what I'd like accomplished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. To my surprise there was not much of a lead time given they are super busy (I dropped off on a Saturday and 15 shirts and 6 pair of pants were ready by Tuesday). It was very affordable and all items were wrapped very well with a heavier gauge of plastic wrap than I've seen at other cleaners. All aside, very impressed with my initial experience and look forward to using them again!

The most recent pick up, my shirt shrank considerably. I've had other instances where stains (almost bleach like) on 2 pick ups that ruined the clothes. Another instance I was charged around $60+ for a coat that had stains they said they'd removed, they were unable to remove them. They also offer same day service if needed. Parking can be crazy in front of the store, but they have more parking in the back. There is also a drive thru. If you been burned by dry cleaners that do terrible work and overcharge, I recommend to try Rex's and you'll be happy you did.

Found this place after several cleaners said they didn't think they could get a stain out of my wife's new blouse. I took it to the lady at Park Town Cleaners, and she just laughed and seemed super confident about cleaning it - and she was totally right! Looked like it had never happened! Park Town is pretty out of the way for us, but I've never had a dry cleaner that was so CONSISTENTLY good with my clothes, and my wife's. Well worth the extra mileage. Easily 5-stars, and you can't find nicer staff!
