The staff and ladies were pleasant but they were t in a position to speak to the price. That's okay. Yelpers know who to patronize based on our excellent reviews and this one is a pass. I'll go to Myers Park again before I come back here. I could have bought two brand new table clothes for a third of the price of having these cleaned.

I called a day before my flight to ensure they would be able to accommodate and was assured they would. When I arrived, they were friendly and told me that they would be able to press my clothes quickly and that I could receive my items the next morning, which was my request. I was pleased that only a few hours later, I'd received a text that I could pick my things up. I did and I was pleased with the service. I will say that the cost for just having the items pressed was slightly more than I expected as I've gotten it done in New York for cheaper, but I've also paid comparable pricing. I would definitely utilize Jones Dry Cleaning again to have my clothes cleaned and/or pressed when I'm in Charlotte.

She came back the next day and the women tried to charge her almost $30 instead. Said the man was incorrect telling her the price. When my mom tried to ask her why it was more she said the man was incorrect telling her and said she would charge her $22 instead... not right. The receipt / slip papers they give you should say the price when you drop an item off, so they can't change the prices. Seems like they change the price. My mom would not have went if she was told the more expensive price as it wasn't a rush

The most recent pick up, my shirt shrank considerably. I've had other instances where stains (almost bleach like) on 2 pick ups that ruined the clothes. Another instance I was charged around $60+ for a coat that had stains they said they'd removed, they were unable to remove them. Given the multiple mishaps, I will look for another place to have my clothes dry cleaned. At this point it became unacceptable.

I went back in once I realized this, the coat still having the dry cleaning tag on it with my info/order and their company hanger, and the lady said it was going to cost me money to have it repaired. She referenced company policy, so I asked where company policy was stated or displayed regarding this matter and she said "it is common sense." She then stated she "could not trust" me because I did not have history with them. Furthermore, when I first picked up this coat along with the two other sweaters, she tried to up charge me from the initially agreed upon cost to have the three items laundered. She then reverted back to the originally agreed upon price and apologized stating there was a confusion. The sweaters were returned stretched and loose fitting and the button on my coat was broken. Absolutely terrible business practice on multiple different levels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Saber Cleaners & Alterations. Lastly, this is the first Yelp review I have ever made so it should go to show that I took the time out of my day to hopefully WARN anyone of what to expect. Saber cleaners is my new go-to and they are fantastic, the guy has been in the business over 25 years.

It's off the side of one of the major surface street roads and has its own parking. The couple who run it are friendly and seem to have a good business. Initially the wife was a little concerned about whether their partner who does pressing could do a full pleat, but after speaking with him, they confirmed it was doable. I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.
