So when I visit, I try to get in and out. All of the cleaning is done on-site and usually within 2 days. They charge $2.49 per item (used to be $1.99). I have stopped taking jeans here, as they kept shrinking them. I take slacks, button ups and blouses only. If I'm in need of quick, cheap cleaning, I'll come here. The second load equally as bad. I am not sure if they are just folding the dirty clothes or washing them with water. They do not look or smell clean. I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. Please go local instead.
