In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

I leveraged this service multiple times and on multiple occasions issues arose, whether it be a missed delivery date, even though the date was confirmed in writing and via the app, getting my clothes back with cleaning fluid stains or adding specific notes about needing stains on clothes to be treated and getting those clothes returned with the same stains on them, which in my opinion, tells me they completely ignored or didn't care about the notes they confirmed in writing prior to pickup, which aligns with my view that the customer service is mediocre at best and apathetic at worse. Whenever problems arose I would eventually hear back from customer service (with no sense of urgency on their part) and the dance would begin back and forth (wasting more of my time) before ultimately given a "credit" and then having to take more time to have the clothes re-serviced to fix the issue caused by their company in the first place. The whole point of my using this service was the hope of saving time, but in the end, I would have been better served in my opinion by going to any basic mid-level brick and mortar dry cleaner, even if it meant having to sit in traffic on 77 and 485, as the time spent sitting in traffic would still have been less than the time I wasted dealing with the multiple issues from this "service" that was neither convenient or time-saving in the end. Even after giving them multiple chances, I will cut my losses and go back to the mediocre hit or miss brick and mortar dry cleaning scene here in Charlotte, leaving my remaining credits to eventually fade away on the island of irrelevancy with all the other businesses that had a solid concept but poor service and execution in the end. I also liked that I didn't have to subscribe or commit to weekly service since I don't always need to wash clothes every week. Although they do offer repeat service if you want your clothes laundered on a schedule. I was able to quickly sign up and I was pleased to discover that they use the same detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets that I do. They even offer scent beads, color boosters, stain remover, and starch at no extra charge, also the same brands and fragrances that I use at home. My clothes were picked up the very next day with no fuss. Since this was my first instance using S-n-H I sent my clothes in a large, black garbage bag. I just left them on the porch and the driver retrieved them there. No doorbell ringing, or awkward handoffs. For those who may be wondering, they do offer same day service, but I didn't need mine that quickly. When I got my clothes back today, I was THRILLED with the results! They returned in a HUGE sturdy, re-usable bag with a large shoulder strap to make it easy to carry. This was the large size bag ($35) and you can fit a LOT into it, which makes it well worth the price. The clothes were neatly folded with no wrinkles. They wrapped each bundle in plastic to keep the clothes from unfolding or getting mixed up during transit. They even separated my clothes from my son's and put the towels/wash cloths in their own bundle, which will make putting them away that much easier. I felt that this step in particular went above and beyond, like they were thinking about the customer every step of the way. The clothes smelled amazing; just like they do when I pull them from the dryer here, only I didn't have to do any of the work I normally do. If you're looking to save time, or in my case pain, from having to do laundry at home, I highly recommend S-n-H! Their flat fee of $25 for small bags or $35 for large ones is more than competitive. Some specialty household items, like bedding, are charged separately, but those prices are also fair. And they don't measure by weight so you're not left guessing how much each load will cost. They use all the name-brand laundry products you'll find in the stores, and I really feel like they go the extra mile for their customers. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

I went back in once I realized this, the coat still having the dry cleaning tag on it with my info/order and their company hanger, and the lady said it was going to cost me money to have it repaired. She referenced company policy, so I asked where company policy was stated or displayed regarding this matter and she said "it is common sense." She then stated she "could not trust" me because I did not have history with them. Furthermore, when I first picked up this coat along with the two other sweaters, she tried to up charge me from the initially agreed upon cost to have the three items laundered. She then reverted back to the originally agreed upon price and apologized stating there was a confusion. The sweaters were returned stretched and loose fitting and the button on my coat was broken. Absolutely terrible business practice on multiple different levels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Saber Cleaners & Alterations. Lastly, this is the first Yelp review I have ever made so it should go to show that I took the time out of my day to hopefully WARN anyone of what to expect.
