I didn't notice at first since they're in plastic wrap but as I was getting ready for work days later, I took it out and well ... you can see for yourself from the photos below. This place outsources its dry cleaning I think, so they may want to look at the quality of their vendor. I will not be going back after our shirts came back in this condition. There's pit staining in the area that seems to be exaggerated from something as we wouldn't have walked around with them in that condition/ we wear undershirts. There's also more mystery stains. The black marks on the collar are from the seatbelt which we had pointed out prior to the service. These shirts cost $70+ and are pretty much ruined unless I can find someone to reverse the damage.

I dropped it off on 10/8. When I dropped it off I had told them I would be wearing it on the 20th. I was told it should take about a week, I went in on the 18th and it wasn't ready. The alteration person had a family emergency, so I asked for the dress back and he said we can't get to it. It's in a place only that particular person can get to. So now I have no dress my entire family flew in. I decided to wear a dress I had in my closet. I finally picked up the dress and let's just say I need to take it somewhere else to get it finished. Very fine people and services…read more I recently dropped off a shirt whose collar was a bit tight. It came back with the button moved. I had another item with a broken button. It came back with a new button sewed on. A slight cost, but in one stop I got cleaning and repair. The shoe repair business has picked up and probably because the male owner is good, fast and reasonable. The racks are full of shoes for pick-up. Always Korean courteous and attentive. Neither speak much English, so be patient and limit your vocabulary to what you need, cleaning, sewing, alterations, shoe repair. They have that vocabulary. Chat chat is still frustrating for them. A great asset for our neighborhood.
