Very poor service. We used them a couple times but canceled after they missed pickups and dropped off late. A month and a half later they charged us $150. No number to reach them. You have to communicate via a poorly written app with a chat function. Strongly recommend avoiding this company. read more

I cannot tell you how much this service has changed my life! I have two small kids and a husband who travels every week to NYC. My wife and I were displaced from our home due to a contractor who's work spread concrete and tile dust over 80% of our home. Almost all of our clothes were effected (even inside drawers and cabinets). 2u came through! They made special accommodations, sent a separate van to accommodate, made special exceptions, communicated well, and really took a big chunk of stress off my plate. Now we're transferring from an Airbnb to a short term lease while waiting for our home restoration. And we have fresh, clean, neatly packed clothes to take with us. I used 2ULaundry for nearly a year and I have noticed a serious decline In service quality. Fifteen days ago they lost most of the clothing that I wear every day. I stayed in touch regularly. I provided receipts and descriptions of the missing clothing. No firm news until the day that I requested reimbursement and provided a firm dollar amount. Within hours, I was informed that my clothes had been found and would be delivered that day. After waiting fifteen days, I am underwhelmed. Some of the clothes hadn't been washed! read more

Amazing experience! I used 2U Laundry for dry cleaning that I had piling up over the past few weeks and didn't have time to take in to my local dry cleaning store. Signing up was a breeze, I selected the day I would like to have my clothes picked up and entered pick up information and a credit card number. After I signed up, 2U Laundry sent me a "Welcome Package" within 24 hours that included my laundry and dry cleaning drop off bag and a pastry from Local Loaf. The welcome package also included a note card welcoming me to the 2U Laundry family and explaining the process to me. The next morning, as I left for work, I left my bag of dry cleaning on my front stoop. There is also an option to include special pick up and delivery options to better accommodate my schedule. They came between 8-10AM to pick up my clothes. My pick up day was Tuesday and when I came home from work on Thursday night, my clothes were hanging in their bag on my front porch. To top it off, the quality of the work was fantastic! The clothes smelled lemon-y fresh (I didn't know this was even an option for dry cleaning), the shirts were pressed perfectly, and (best of all) it required no effort on my part. It was a great experience that I can't say enough great things about. Best of all, it's a young company, so they are able to adapt and pivot with feedback to continue to deliver a great product. read more

Mixed up our laundry with other people's, TWICE. Absolutely first world problems, but our family has a serious issue with folding laundry and were hoping to try something to help take a bit off our plates given we are 2 full time working physicians with a young daughter. The service was great until around our 5th time using it when they mixed up my spouse's bag with another customer. It is pretty weird to be going through other peoples bras/underwear expecting your own! They assured us it was a very very rare incident and given their kind and persuasive customer service we trusted the service again. A few orders later our laundry this time was entirely mixed in with another family (ha shockingly people of the same size/clothing gender!!) The amount of time and picture taking, texting, and stress of going through other peoples personal effects (ha and realizing other customers had to suffer through my underwear as well!) I unfortunately will never trust this service again. While I appreciate the customer service department (they are absolutely kind people) for trying to make things right (and they eventually got our ?clothes back, still not sure we have everything given we didn't log everything we sent in!), I do not want a credit for future potential clothes losing/mixing up in the future. I would never recommend this service to anyone who likes their clothing/privacy! If you are considering a laundry service I would save yourself the drama and look elsewhere...In the amount of time I wasted stressing out and working to get my clothes back I am now grateful to have the opportunity to fold my own laundry. read more

Watch out guys. I asked for dry clean two leather jackets. (I normally clean those before put it in the winter closet). One jacket was cleaned and one was NOT cleaned and forearm crease line was still there on my black jacket which i did not want to see. I had some sparkle dust on my jacket which i expected it to be removed. They charged my jackets for $30 each and $60 total for two jackets. This was NOT even on the pricelist. Their most expensive one is around $18 which is winter jacket, gowns, etc. So that range was what i expected for my jacket, but they charged me $30 each. I would rather go local dry cleaners and tell them to clean this and that. I guess i expected too much from 2ULAUDARY. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their price list AND their sloppy job on my jacket. Never again. read more
