I don't mail packages often, but I would use this UPS location because they run efficiently and get you in and out the door quickly. Nobody has time to waste standing in line. Am I right? We contacted The Postal Route and were told we would be credited for the difference in expedited delivery. We never received any credit. Then last week we sent and paid extra again for another delivery. As of today the envelope has not been delivered! Both envelopes were being sent to an attorney's office in a probate situation. These were very important documents that required immediate attention. We contacted The Postal Route again with no satisfaction. This is unsatisfactory customer service and at the very least we should have received a refund or credit. Both times we were told the delivery is "guaranteed".

That was the day Verizon had issues in the cloud. ‍ Didn't get that email so I asked the printing rep n she helped me print them behind her counter on a laser printer which was probably more costly. Only later that night got go a code email! Should've gone to CVS.
