My experience with Best Movers US was top notch from my first interaction (when I spoke with Patricia to easily schedule my move) through the end (when Juan and the crew finished assembling our furniture and cleaning up). No one that I know enjoys the work and stress of moving, but having a partner like Best Movers US makes the whole experience much more bearable and actually reduces the stress. From the moment that Juan and his crew arrived (on time!) the morning of my move a couple of weeks ago, he told me that they were going to work fast because it was threatening to rain (which would've required re-scheduling the move because rainwater would've made it too dangerous to walk up the metal ramp into the truck). Juan and crew were able to pack up my entire 4,000 sq ft house in what seemed like record time, all without sacrificing attention to detail and care. I was very impressed with how Juan instructed his crew throughout the move and how responsive and respectful the crew was to him and us. I have used Best Movers US 3 times for local moves. Reserve a moving day by paying for the first hour in advance to hold your spot. Patricia will answer the phone and is kind and totally accommodating. The crew is timely and efficient. They do not waste their time or yours. I have watched them work in everything but snow and they are amazingly hard workers. They are also genuinely pleasant and create as peaceful an environment as you could possibly have during the insanity of a move. Nothing broken or damaged. My last move was particularly difficult being that my storage unit fell through on the day before the move. The second unit not as advertised, same with the third and fourth. I was driving all over and was really concerned I would find a storage unit on a Sunday. The crew never got flustered, but instead helped by finding a unit and making it all happen. Juan came out to give us an estimate and once we received that estimate, that is exactly what we paid at the end of our move, not a dime more. Juan and the other man who moved us were incredible. It was a 95 degree day and they worked without taking a break until all of our belongings were in the truck. Then they drove through the night, arriving at their hotel at 6 AM (yes, AM!), got 4 hours sleep and then showed up to unload us in 2 separate locations. The other company told me the day of the move (which had been confirmed) they didn't have a crew and wouldn't that weekend, and probably not Monday. I called Best Movers. Within an hour, Mr. Zuluaga was at my house giving me an estimate. He moved me the next day, which happened to be Father's Day Sunday. They were on time, fast, quiet (it was early Sunday morning), and so courteous. They delivered my stuff to a storage unit, and the way they stored my belongings was nothing short of amazing. They took great thought and care in how my belongings were placed so I could get to some things if needed. And it was affordable.
